Went in for an older car due to the low price. I worked with Levi, he was so nice and considerate through the whole process. He was able to get me into a newer car with great miles and the pricing still fit my budget! They’ve gained a forever customer!

Wasted about an hour of my time just trying to get the
Wasted about an hour of my time just trying to get the sales person and manager to tell me the actual price of a used car I was interested in. The manager kept saying once I was serious about buying they could work on the price, but how can I be serious about buying if they won't give me a price??? Bottom line is I wanted to buy a car and they are in the business of selling payments. Be very careful if buying here because they use old school Sleazy car salesman tactics and you are very likely to get a very bad deal!

This place is not an outright scam but they definitely use dishonest techniques that just waste everyone's. They listed a used car I was interested in for a decent price, but after I went in and drove the car they tell me that on top of all the dealer fees and tax and registration fees and everything, the car would cost $2000 extra because they put that much service into it. Whether or not they actually put that much work into it (I'm skeptical), it was so dishonest that they wouldn't just add that amount to the listed price. After all was said and done, they gave me a price that was $5000 higher than the listed price of $15000. Just a huge waste of time, even if the salesman was a nice guy. The worst part is they absolutely refused to give me an itemized list of where this $5000 in extra costs was coming from. Dont go here

Dishonest, and they will add $6-10k in fees.
Dishonest, and they will add $6-10k in fees. Even when you ask for transparency on the extra fees, they won't be honest with you and will tell you there's not many more. When you stay there 5 hours, you'll be tired, they'll throw the fees on, and you'll leave with a heap of junk and a car costing 2x more than you came in to pay for. Don't waste your time and money.

Believe all of the bad reviews you read. I was told whatever they thought I wanted to hear to get me into the dealership and once there, they pretty much told me that I needed a different car than what I was there to look at, then tacked on another $4,000 on top of the advertised price..$2,000 for some warranty work that they said made the car safer to be on the road. I don't know how many times they had to go back and talk to a manager, then to a different manager, then to their manager's manager and none of them seem to have any authority to negotiate the price, or sign one of the endless offer papers going back and forth. Seriously a joke, typical used car sales mentality throughout. Save yourself a lot of frustration and go to ANY other dealership than this one. Stupid me, ended up buying another vehicle they talked me in to that I just found out was in an accident, even though they said it had not been when asked at the time of purchase.

What a waste of time.
What a waste of time. I asked several times about fees, agreed on a price, even agreed to finance when I didn't have to and then find out the "finance guy" added $5k in dealer fees on top of the price we agreed to. The salesmen claimed to not know, so they're either inept or dishonest. Just tell me up front and it would have saved us all two hours.
