Initially visited for just an oil change. They advised that my brakes and tires needed attention. They provided an affordable quote and decided to move forward with getting my brakes repaired. Overall very professional experience.

you guys seem very professional at front desk. The mechanic did a good job not getting oil all over the valve cover, which is a sign of good work ethics.

They sold my son a car with a stock clutch that was never meant to go with a super charged engine. The engine also was full of shavings and started showing issues right after the clutch. When we bought the platinum extended warranty, We were told it would cover the engine. After we filed the claim, they denied it and left us with $20000 worth of repairs. I feel like this is a very dishonest dealership. It's to the point where I've notified the Secretary of State and the State Attorney General's office. They're going to investigate all of this as we speak. Please do your homework and do not purchase a vehicle from these people. They will shut down and they will not communicate with you. The warranty you purchase is pretty much worthless. I have paperwork backing up all these claims, so no matter what they say, I'm telling the truth. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to purchase a vehicle. Anywhere but here. They literally ruined peoples lives one car sale at a time. They know that when you buy a vehicle, AS IS... you have no rights even when they sell vehicles that are mechanically unsound and not safe to drive. They'll say anything about the warranty or the condition of the car when they're trying to get you to sign the papers. They will lie on your credit application to get you approved. One day this place will be brought to justice. Go on Google reviews and look at the lowest reviews.... And you'll see hundreds of the same stories. The pattern is the same just different people. They're The bully of Indiana. Shame on you. I don't know how you sleep at night.

Alex, Adam and Matt have provided excellent service, keeping me informed. After reaching 100k miles, I pursued preventative maintenance, including shock/strut replacement for long hauls. Unfortunately, I've needed multiple return visits to address minor post-repair issues (e.g., loose bolts, persistent indicator light). Despite these setbacks, the team's prompt assistance is appreciated. I anticipate updating my review once the indicator issue is resolved.
