I took my 2013 F-350 in for the 100,000 mile drive line maintenance and was treated very well. Service was completed quickly. I had several pine sap drops on the hood and cab roof and the service cleaned them off without damage to the clear coat. Thanks!

Mikela and the Bob Allen Ford - Ottawa team are awesome. My boss and I went in on a Thursday to inquire about an Explorer we saw online for our place of employment. It had already sold but Mikela had another one brought down from their sister store later that afternoon. We purchased it the next day. In the course of dealing with her on the Explorer I asked her to have an older Lexus brought down as well. She had it on the lot Friday afternoon and after taking it home for the evening, we bought it the next day. By far the easiest dealer experience I’ve had in a long time.

They were very knowledgeable and very helpful as I was making my choice of a new car for me. I also appreciated that they were not pushy.

I like the fact that you don't need an appointment to get your oil changed. I would like to see them stock more special item cars, like a Shelby Cobra and Raptors, Maybe some supercharged V-8 F-150's.

Michael Corrales showed me the Fiesta I now own. He was so helpful and polite !! He explained everything in a way I could understand. Being an elderly widow, there is so much technology I don't know. He took his time. Knowing about pushy car salesmen previously, I was so pleased with Michael. If he had been pushy, I would have walked out ! I love my Fiesta and I love Michael-I can say that-I'm his Grandmothers age !!
