Bob Allen Ford-Ottawa

My husband & I had a wonderful experience this past month purchasing a vehicle from DJ at Bob Allen Ford.He worked With us extensively in order To find the right vehicle for our college age daughter.We had out of state licensing as well as other challenges trying to get a decent new/used vehicle purchased from the other side of the country.DJ made the process very easy as well as surprised my daughter with a big bow on the car when we arrived !

Very far dealership. Easy to work with not pushy at all. Will be back for next car. Like the owner and his son. Still happy about purchase after a few days.

These people suck. I was there from 10: 00 am to 2:00 . No body came to tell me what was the hold up.I went back to see what was going on my truck was sitting there with nobody working on it.I told the boy at the service desk I wanted my truck He got it and I paid my bill and left. I'll never go back for service on my truck.

This is our second purchase from Bob Allen Ford but the first at the Ottawa location. It did not disappoint! DJ gave excellent customer service all staff members involved were incredibly accommodating. We were able to get exactly the vehicle we wanted and at a very fair price. The service department went above and beyond to make sure our trucks were running properly. We had 2 trucks serviced one was a simple fix the other more complex. Both were fixed in a timely manner.
