I was in the market for a new/used F-150. I was looking for a very specific color/package combination that can be challenging to find. The sales staff was very patient and helpful answering any questions that I had. I am now the proud owner of a Velocity Blue 2019 F-150 and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Bob Allen Ottawa if you are in the market for any vehicle.

Quick service and clean facility. Got me right in and taken care of. I was back on the road in a reasonable amount of time.

If you're in the market for a new vehicle do lots of window shopping sure but then go see DJ at Bob Allen Ford in Ottawa!!! He literally got me everything I "needed" and wanted in a mini van and ended my search and then got the numbers all right where I wanted them!! Don't let me forget to mention the fast signing of paperwork, and my beautiful detailed new mini van!!! I would highly recommend them to anybody!!

The customer service of the salesman I worked with was very poor. I took off work early and made an appointment for 4:30 when they closed at 5p and it was clear they were all ready to go home. They had sold the vehicle I came to look at before I arrived and they did not let me know ahead of time. I looked at a similar vehicle and went in to talk to the salesman after test driving. After being told the price of the vehicle was non negotiable and adding up costs he told me I could not afford this vehicle and needed to be looking at something different although I had more than what they were asking to spend in cash that day. I left very upset and offended at this. They later texted me to follow up and I told them I was no longer in the market as I had purchased another vehicle the day after visiting with them and I had a bad experience with them. They did not care to learn more about my bad experience, all they heard was that I was no longer looking to buy.

I got screwed by Bob allen I recommend you stay as far away from this place as humanly possible. I will never go back to this place as long as I'm alive. Sold me a truck that wasn't even close to worth the price.

Took in for warranty work and they found a couple other issues and took care of them while they had it. Saved me a future headache and more $$$$$

Tried my best to deal with Bob Allen in Ottawa. However, they refused to Budge on their price which is understandable I suppose. My sales lady Milaka was very helpful but those above her not friendly at all. I will not go back there.

My husband & I had a wonderful experience this past month purchasing a vehicle from DJ at Bob Allen Ford.He worked With us extensively in order To find the right vehicle for our college age daughter.We had out of state licensing as well as other challenges trying to get a decent new/used vehicle purchased from the other side of the country.DJ made the process very easy as well as surprised my daughter with a big bow on the car when we arrived !

Very far dealership. Easy to work with not pushy at all. Will be back for next car. Like the owner and his son. Still happy about purchase after a few days.
