Excellent response as I broke down on a 1200 mile road trip.

Excellent service and communication!

Jeremiah was able to schedule me for a drop off first thing in the morning, diagnose my A/C, and get my car back on the road to drive to work that afternoon with an oil change to boot. I dropped it off again the next morning for a hose replacement and recharge and it was ready for pickup by noon. Jeremiah kept me up to date via email along the way and was able to work with my extended warranty company for a seamless experience on my part. I couldn't ask for more! Highly recommend Bob Allen Ford!

Great service center

Had some issues with a used car we recently purchased. Jeremiah took good care of us, explaining the problems. They had us back on the road in less than 3 hours. Issues with the car didnt stop us from driving the car. Would recommend for your service needa

Great service.

Really great staff.

We were in the market for a used Expedition and saw one online. We went to the dealership an bought our vehicle, after the staff "jumped through hoops" to get us a loan and work for a good price. Just picked her up today, but were really pleased with everything they did for us/ Highly Rec

New Facility same Poor service.

Initially I thought I got a fair deal but after one year I have had to have it in the shop for a burnt out alternator, a bad ABS modulator and a new rear end put in it and today I find that I have no spare tire. Who ever heard of a dealership selling a Ford Certified Vehicle without a spare or any vehicle for that matter? So I call the dealership to discuss this with them so five transfers later including a transfer to Quicklane to sell me a spare, the receptionist then asks if I would like to leave a message for the GM because he was out for the day in which I did. Well low and behold I get a call back about 10 minutes later and of course they say that “well our records show that it left here with a spare” and after a couple of minutes of back and forth of well it could’ve have been stolen… with GM Rick Nunez I have heard enough. I can’t say enough bad things about this dealership and why not to buy a New or “Certified” vehicle from them if anyone ask me where I bought my truck I will happily tell them Advantage Ford of Ottawa and will let them know what an ordeal it has been.
