I bought a used 2013 Mustang from Bob Allen Ford and could’t possibly have been treated any better! My salesperson, Mikela Scott and the Sales Manager, Tom Smith, went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. The car was exactly as described and when I drove away I was confident that I got a good deal. I would buy another car, new or used, from this dealership without reservation. Thanks Mikela and Tim!

Jessica Loewen was our service advisor for major repair work performed on our F350. Jessica went above and beyond in communicating with us and ensuring that the work was completed in a timely manner. She was understanding, communicative and flexible throughout the entire process. I am not exaggerating when I say that I have never received customer service at an auto dealer that was even close to that which Jessica provided.
