Dealership in Clay Center, KS that I bought this vehicle from always gave a detailed report (tire pressures, etc.) and swept out floor mats, wiped down console and offered this complete oil change service yearly free for life for vehicles bought there. Really appreciated that.

Worst Experience Ever, 2020 Explorer ST, good price seemed, but everything else was terrible. Agreed to transfer money immediately as they wouldn't ship car without payment, and car would be delivered with all paperwork to register in AZ. Well I transferred the cash to Bob Allen Ford and all care for me stopped. Called and Called to get the shipping done, Explorer delivered weeks late, without paperwork. I have to call and call to get title and plates. All parties knew I could not use the car in AZor MX without the title and AZ plates. But once Bob Allen Ford has your money you are a nobody to BAF. Never again will I buy from these folks. Horrible Experience.
