I had a great experience here. Woody, my salesman, was very helpful and gave me great advice. He also was willing to go above and beyond and have a car shipped in from the Ottawa dealer. But I found one that fit me and I loved at the OP dealership. I couldn't have been happier.

Jerome met my son and me at the door, greeting us heartily. He showed me the options I had within my preferences, explaining each carefully, showing photos. When I had made my decision Jerome guided me through the purchase. It was a pleasant, interesting experience buying my new Ford Escape.

Worst Experience Ever, 2020 Explorer ST, good price seemed, but everything else was terrible. Agreed to transfer money immediately as they wouldn't ship car without payment, and car would be delivered with all paperwork to register in AZ. Well I transferred the cash to Bob Allen Ford and all care for me stopped. Called and Called to get the shipping done, Explorer delivered weeks late, without paperwork. I have to call and call to get title and plates. All parties knew I could not use the car in AZor MX without the title and AZ plates. But once Bob Allen Ford has your money you are a nobody to BAF. Never again will I buy from these folks. Horrible Experience.

Excellent work in the body shop. Completed on schedule and looks like new. I will be back to have some additional work done when time permits.

2nd Purchase from Bob Allen Ottawa!!! We purchased an Explorer a few years ago and today purchased another car from them. Mikela and all staff have been amazing to work with. They are all very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this dealership.
