It started out a Lil rough and frustrating but Rachid was very reassuring and even tho he couldn't make the deal I can originally came in for, I think I'm going to be a lot happier with the car I'm getting. I can't thank you enough for your patience and understanding today! Thanks so much for getting me a great deal and into an even better car than I was anticipating!!! And thank you to Patrick for working your finance magic and getting the best value for my trade. I really appreciate it!

In and Out in a Flash

Worked with Nate Allen on a used Optima. Walked in at a little after 3pm and walked out with financing and a new car a little after 5pm. If you have or need to buy a new car and time is of the essence, look no further than Napleton Kia and Nate. Everyone I worked with did a fantastic job.

As a woman, I have received such fair, kind, and respectful treatment with each and every visit to the service center at Kia of Fishers. I have been treated as a "dumb woman" by service reps at car dealerships in the past, and it was infuriating. Not here! Every time I come in, I know that I am going to be greeted with a smile and treated like a VIP! I've had outstanding experiences with with Chris (service manager) throughout the years and was wondering if I would receive the same level of service with a newer face, Nick. Nick won me over the first time he and I met. Like Chris, Nick always greets me with a smile, remembers my name, and I love his easy going personality. Whether I'm there for an oil change for my 2019 Sorento, or a costly repair on my older Kia Optima, I always receive customer service that exceeds my expectations. It feels more like dropping in to visit with old friends, than a trip to a service department in a car dealership. This is how it should be everywhere, but unfortunately, it's becoming more and more rare. I'm so thankful for their outstanding customer service I know I can count on time and time again!
