Please don't waste your time with this dealership. We shopped online, completed the finance information in advance and submitted all necessary documentation three days before we planned to drive to the dealership. They called and texted several times a day before the scheduled appointment, so often that we had to tell them to stop, or we would take our business elsewhere. Boy do I wish we had! We arrive at the dealership to find that the car was NOT there. They claimed they had loaned it out the day before?? We told them the only reason we had driven to this dealership was because we wanted that specific vehicle and we were not interested in something else. They suddenly decided that they could go get the car we wanted, but there might be "a few" miles on it. We agreed to go ahead and start the purchase process, at a discounted price due to the 150 mile on the car. We then spent the next SIX hours with the salesman, the warranty sales man and the finance salesman, all trying their best to bump the price. After threatening to leave again, we finally completed the purchase process, only to be told we would have to put down a $150.00 "deposit" because we did not have the title for our trade-in with us. We added that deposit to our credit card and finally left the dealership at 11:30 PM. My husband returned the next day with the title and was told that they couldn't credit our card, that a check would be issued and mailed to us. Three MONTHS later, we're STILL fighting them for the return of that $150.00.

Came into Kia of Carmel to look at the Telluride. I was greeted by Austin Williams and made me feel so welcome. The building wasn't the nicest but everyone was so excited that they are getting a new building opening soon. The buying process was smooth. Make sure you ask for Austin Williams and Jim Manos in finance.
