You absolutely do not!!! I tried several times reaching out with zero response!!! Just ask Josh - he can supply you with details or better yet can gladly forward all the emails! I’m trying to save another person from dealing with this dealership.

Kostas was SO NICE!!!! I wanted one thing and walked away with something better. He let me test drive as many cars as I wanted and really helped me with financing. I would recommend him any day of the week. If you are looking for a car don't go any further.

Dealer did not have title for car but sold it
Napleton Kai of CARMEL ended up finally getting back to me . Said his name was Austin the general sales manager. Super rude guy. Offered me absolutely nothing to help me with my registration even tho they failed to obtain the title of my car before selling it and then still didn’t have it 42 days later. Actually the title was never given to Kia at all. Austin response was “ I cannot make a title just appear and said it wasn’t really on them”. But it is because the dealer needs to give title to BMV and they failed to even have the title before selling and then failed to get it or try looking for it. I had to file a formal complaint with SOS and attorney general to get an extra 30 days to register the car and that’s if they can track it down. Austin offered me zero helped even laughed at one point and said numerous times it’s not really their fault. He actually tried to blame other dealerships and again offered me zero help. Now I am stuck having no car with two kids might I add until I get granted another 30 days to register the car from the SOS. Unbelievable experience I didn’t even know this could happen when working with what I thought was a credible dealership. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Highly unprofessional and sketchy business especially when they offer ZERO help in making it right.

Jose was great! From the moment we walked in the door, to the moment we hit the finance desk Jose was courteous, respectful, insightful and kind. 10/10 would buy again! Edit to this review : although Jose was very nice and helpful while trying to register our new car we found out we cannot because the dealership is past the window to send the title to the BMV. Seems like this isn’t the first issue they have had with titles. Called multiple times with each time someone saying they would call us back and never once did. Left multiple messages and still having to track them down. Costumer service needs work. Should not have to go through all this for a clear mistake they made. Would not recommend this dealership if you are looking for a seamless transaction after you purchase.
