Classic example of a bait and switch. Horrible experience from start to finish. Not only were they completely unprepared for a 9am appointment that was set for us but they were openly flaunting non compliance with COVID mask wearing. 15 people standing by the front door half with masks around their chin. One employee even took their mask off while speaking with us and handed it to my wife to show her the texture. The sales manager Miguel was as arrogant and egotistical as anyone I’ve ever tried to do business with. This dealership is unprofessional and run akin to a buy here pay here lot. Don’t waste your time or money take your business elsewhere.

People friendly and very professional. The facility was clean. They answered all of our questions and got us in the vehicle we came to purchase.

DO NOT trust this dealership. We found a car online that had a really good price, but when I spoke to other KIA dealerships, they cautioned me to question Napleton's price because it is a "bait and switch". I called and spoke to Kalob- I directly asked him if the "dealer price" included any discounts that you had to qualify for. He assured me the "dealer price" was the actual price and the only difference whould be (tax, title, and processing". I let him know I was driving 2 hours to get there and I did not want to have any tricks when I got there. He told me, "That is the actual price of the car". Well they LIED!! My son and I drove 2 hours just to find out that price of the car was actually several thousand dollars higher!! I DO NOT LIKE being LIED to. Total BAIT AND SWITCH!! DO NOT TRUST THEM! We are going to the Office of the Attorney General to file a complaint! This false advertising MUST STOP!!!

Mitch and the rest of the team at Napleton Kia were a pleasure to do business with today. Mitch answered my numerous questions and worked out a fair deal for both sides. Highly recommend Napleton and especially Mitch Evans.
