I would not recomend anyone to by from this place they are crooked and they treat you like a one night stand once they get what they want they ghost you can't get a simple email reply. Here is my story had a car that I wanted internet price was one thing then you call them and they add 2500 for the tracking device that they say they cant take off. finally negotiated a price like 1500 more than the internet price got a verbal out the door price of 17250. I live over 1.5 hours away told salesman I was coming gave me a time for appointment of 5:30 got there had to wait like 10 minutes on Mitchell (sales person) then he took our information and was out at the table with the Box you have to stand on for like 10 minutes then ran in and out and sat with another couple for like 10 minutes leaving us in his office he done this to us like 3 different times totally unprofessional. He kept telling us 17250 I asked several times. Finally after about 1.5 hours we were taken to a room and offered all the extras said no to every one. I told Michelle this time that we had an hour and half drive and had to work next day we just wanted to leave. finally after that pitch that we declined everything finally went to finance with Humberto sat there for almost another hour 3 hours in I told him I just wanted to sign and go he never offered anything just shoved the papers to me to sign. got home and seen they added a $3300.00 service warrant $499. tracking device service plan and 199 door gaurds. final otd price over $20,000 who was responsible for putting that on when I declined every offer given to me. Finally after several attemps to get some help someone sent me a cancellation paper for the extended service I signed and returned and am trying to get a simple reply saying its being taken care of but can't even get that. PLEASE EVERONE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE STEPPING FOOT IN HERE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

False Price Advertising
Went in, test drove a 2017 Dodge Caravan listed for $13,700. Was ready to buy, asked for lowest price they could go with cash offer. They came back at $16,200(not including tax!).....? Yes they automatically add in $2500 of Napelton oil changes/ tire rotations that they refuse to remove from the sale price. After telling them I don't need those services, they said $16,200 was the lowest they would go for a vehicle listed for $13,700, obviously I walked away. Stay away from these folks, terrible false advertising and untrustworthy

Worst car buying experience ever
Went in looking for a Kia Telluride. Was not prepared to buy but fell in love with it after test driving. It was fully loaded and advertised at just under $50k on various websites as well as the window sticker. We get to talking about price and they told me there was a $5000 market adjustment added to MSRP because of popularity and that every dealership was doing this. Not true! But I was in luck as they just dropped this adjustment that day from $10k. Give me a break. Oh and there was also a $2.5k addendum that was required even though on the window sticker it said it was optional. Your Carmel location is definitely meeting and exceeding the negative stereotypical practices of car buying. I was insulted and have never had a worse car buying experience or left a business more upset than your business. Oh, and when one manager follows me out the door to still try and close the sale, the store manager pops his head out and loudly announces that he just got a call from corporate (granted this is 6:30 pm on a Saturday night) that they were to raise the market adjustment back up to $10,000, after this sale of course. How dumb do you think I am? I felt like I was at a shady used car lot. Makes me wonder how some of the other positive reviews could be legit. If you are looking for a good car at an honest Kia location that sell them at or under MSRP with no addendum, try Ray Skillman Kia West or Shadeland. Ended up buying a new Telluride at Kia West. And I did hear back from a manager after I visited the Napleton store and emailed my displeasure and received no response, to which I was not surprised
