DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!
The finance guy hounded us for thousands of dollars worth of extra and we repeatedly told him we didn’t want. He voided the paperwork, showed us our new price then put the old paperwork in our folder charging us $20,000 more for our car!!!!! Buyer beware they will rob you blind!

Buyer beware!
I would never recommend this dealership (I had to give it a one star just to give the post). My daughter took her new Kia Soul GT in to Napleton Kia of Carmel and after four hours, the service department told her it was not safe to drive because of a bad transmission. The car only has 11,000 miles on it AND we purchased the bumper to bumper extended warranty at the time of purchase from Napleton. However, they would not approve a rental (remember the car is under warranty) and said that corporate had to approve and then we could get an approved rental. A week later they still have not approved, so still no rental approval...even though the dealership said the car is not safe to drive. Be extremely careful. We were foolish enough to believe their service promise during the sales process. We had no problem with our Nissan at Tom Wood when we dropped a transmission on a Saturday night in Chicago! No problem with Ed Martin when our GMC blew an engine on the interstate...in both situations, a rental approved immediately on the same day. Napleton blames it on Kia and stated it is not their fault. But because they are a Kia Dealership...they are Kia! A week later and still nothing! Buyer beware!

Worst car buying experience of my life.
I had found a nice, used minivan on one of the many car buying aggregators, and it was a GREAT price. Me living nearly 3 hours away. I gave them a call to make sure they still had it, and would hold it for me until I got there. Upon arriving, the van looked great, I took it for a test drive, and was ready to purchase. That is when I learned about their very dishonest pricing policy. They have a nice hidden "Care Package" that add over $1000 to the vehicle cost (I can't remember the exact number, it might have been closer to $1500). This care package included basically nothing, a few 3M stickers to protect the paint job in a few places, and some sort of partnership with their service department, which I wouldn't be using since I live nowhere near their dealership. I was pretty pissed, saying that I didn't need their care package and I came here to purchase the vehicle for the advertised price. Unfortunately I had already wasted my day driving up there, and even with the extra Care Package on top, it went from a Great deal to still a good deal, so I still went through with the purchase. The purchasing process was fine, I was a little annoyed that they refused to you the financing that I had gotten before I came, and the first offer they brought to me was no where even close to where it should've been. We came to an agreement eventually. And I was excited to finally get out of this place, as I had been there about 90 minutes at this point, and had a long drive ahead of me, and was planning on getting some lunch with a friend who lives in the area. It took nearly TWO AND A HALF HOURS to get out of this place. I stood there, assured that it would be just a few more minutes. About an hour into my wait, a lady came over to me, and I was excited to finally get the last few papers signed and get out of there. But she just tried to sell me undercoating, something I literally just thought was a trope that I've seen on TV shows, she tried to get me to buy for $400 in cash. Finally after nearly 5 hours I was standing there with the keys, was told to wait for some reason that I wasn't aware of, and decided that I had waited long enough, had signed all my papers and paid the down payment, so I went ahead and left. The next day, I got a call from the dealership, thinking it was just a thank you call. Nope, they asked me what they could do to get me into the Van that I came to look at. I told them that I bought that van already, and they "checked their system" and said they were sorry that they see that now... THEY CALLED ME 4 MORE TIMES IN THE NEXT THREE DAYS TO SELL ME A CAR I ALREADY BOUGHT. It wasn't just one new salesman or something. It was 5 different people, up to and including the "Sales Manager". But I was excited to put this behind me and never speak to them again. But now as my paper license plate expires, I go to register the van, and find out that they haven't received the title papers from the dealership, and after multiple times of trying to contact them, they will not respond to me reaching out to try to just register my vehicle. I NEVER leave reviews, if I have a bad experience, I usually just chalk it up to bad luck, or someone just having a bad day. I work retail so I know how it goes. But this isn't bad luck, this is just a collection of some of the most incompetent, predatory people I have ever met in my life. I have bought plenty of cars, and this was by far the worst experience I've had, and it was still by far the best deal I've ever gotten on a vehicle.

Amazing team

I've had my vehicle in many service departments but they paled in comparison to the swift work and constant communication from Brittanys part.
