Jim is a salesman we would give our business to as long as he is in the business! Our finance guy Victor was amazing with getting us a killer deal. This place has definitely earned future business with us!

I was looking for my first car and came to napleton to look at a chevrolet cruze. We drove out in a subaru! My salesman did a good job.

Could make the purchase
They can't seem to get their math straight or sell me the car for the advertised price with out adding the Napolten experience. I wasn't interested in all the extras because we don't live close.

Horrible Experience, Very Dishonest
This dealer engages in shady sells tactics, and tries to add a ridiculous $2000 or more add on package to their used vehicles. The package is not optional. This dealer will do everything they can to get you into the dealership, and anything they can to avoid giving you an actual out the door price. I inquired through Truecar about getting an out the door price on a vehicle that I was interested in. I am an out of state buyer, so this should be an easy, transparent request. Not at all the case. At one point a lady from the dealership called me and asked me if I could come in today or make an appointment for today. When I told her I was out of state, she explained that she would send my information over to an out of state manager, who would get back to me in about a week, what a joke. She further explained that the dealership is very busy, and that is why the week time frame. Just a minute earlier this double talking floozy was desperately trying to get me into the dealership immediately. I asked her if I walked into the dealership would they turn me away, since they are so busy with appointments. This obviously stumped the poor woman, because I was met with silence. After asking for a general manager or customer relations manager to call me back, a sales guy called me later. He was pleasant, but when I asked him about the $2000 add on, he tried explaining what a value it was. He even told me about the maintenance package. I reminded him that it is probably impractical for me to drive over a 1000 miles for an oil change, lol. I told him I was unwilling to pay for any ridiculous "hidden" package. I asked him to find out the lowest out the door price and get back to me. He told me that he would check with a manager and call me back. I never heard back. Long story short, this is an unethical, shady dealership that engages in horrific business practices, and has terrible customer service. Read some of the other reviews, there is a pattern here. Steer clear and take your business elsewhere.

Fast and Easy Experience
So I have been looking for a car the last couple months then I stumbled on a beautiful Mustang that I saw from the bowling alley. After walking into the dealership to see how much it was I was greeted by a bunch of friendly faces. My saleswomen Gwen was quick to answer my questions and I miraculously walked out of the dealership with my Mustang with $500 down. If I could do it all again I would go back to Napleton.

Pleasant experience
