I came into the dealership with a pretty good idea of what I wanted. after driving around in a 2009 for the last 5 years, Gwen, Garrett and Victor helped me walk out in a brand new 2021 for an affordable price! Gwen was incredible in helping me every step of the way!

Extremely helpful and willing to do everything you need to get the best deal for you. I went to 4 seperate dealers and Napleton came out on top by leaps and bounds. A much, much better APR, better monthly payment, and just better vehicles then any of the other dealers. Moises Villa and Victor Aguilar were a perfect team! They have won my business forever and anyone else I know of looking for a car. This is not empty praise and I almost NEVER take the time to do this, but this time it is more than deserved. Thank you!

Do You Have the Car or Not
While shopping for a used car online, the dealership could not give me a straight answer to whether they had the car I had specified or not. One salesman said that they were preparing the car for me to pick up, and another salesman was telling me that they had sold it 2 days ago. I emailed the dealership general manager about 5 days later, and she could not tell me if they still had the car or not. She emailed me saying that they would do anything to get me that actual car that I had inquired about. When I emailed her back to ask if they actually had the car, she just ignored me and never responded.

Prices are a lie.
Dont bother going unless you know you're willing to pay 1900 more than whatever price promised. I walked in today willing to buy but not paying 1900 for a tracker pre installed. Manager claims its in the fine print.

My experience has been amazing!! Gwen was so sweet and really fought for me to get the best rate. Sergio, Donna and Victor were also incredible to work with!! I was royally screwed over by the last place I bought a car, and I appreciate everything they did to fix me up and make my husband and I happy.

I placed a phone call to Napleton Kia and was directed to Sergio who was super fast with getting back with me on the cars I applied for online. He told me someone would call me back to get me started I was sent a text from Gwen sending me a video of the car I was interested in. Poor girl even fell in the video trying to send me a video of the car. She’s ok 👍🏻. She asked me to come in to do a few test drives and kept telling me we’ll work with you to make you happy! Which was a great feeling! Gwens dad Garrett was happy to find me the best deal for the lowest amount. And Victor was amazing enough to get me a 2 year maintenance 5 year / 60 miles bumper to bumper for on $15 extra a month! Great team and family to buy a car from! Highly recommend!

Slimey
We visited Napleton Kia on two consecutive days. On the first day, we were just lot hopping looking at options. We spoke to the salesperson who approached us and found a few possibilities. We returned the next day, requested the same salesperson and immediately told him our absolute no-wiggle room budget. After test driving one of the cars we picked out the day before, we proceeded with the paperwork to purchase the car. About a half hour into doing paperwork, the salesman tells us there is a mandatory additional $2,000 fee for the car that covers some superfluous paint coat and theft protection. This additional $2,000 put us $500 over budget before taxes and document fees. Ultimately, this would put us nearly $2,000 over budget. Again, the salesperson knew our budget before we touched the car and he also knew there was the additional $2,000 fee but he neglected to mention it. After explaining for the third time that our budget is set in stone, the salesman brought in his manager who told us they can't make any money on any of their cars without this charge. We walked away from the sale at this point and the manager followed us outside and offered $1,000 off. We explained yet again that we were using outside financing and our loan was the absolute limit for our budget. The manager said he would go and talk to his boss and see what he could be. He never came back. They wasted about two hours of our time, purposefully left out information about additional "mandatory" fees and were very pushy about doing their own financing. The majority of the employees also did not wear their face masks correctly as a COVID precaution. I would not trust Kia of Napleton for any of my business.
