BEWARE ! There is a reason the most recent review was...

BEWARE ! There is a reason the most recent review was 2018...apparently the dealership has changed leadership. I have never experienced so much deception (choosing my words carefully). This dealership surely must be able to delete terrible reviews because I foolishly believed their ratings of 4.7 They are unprofessional and dishonest and about as crooked as they get.

Look elsewhere

It took three days to get the vehicle we bought. Do to Covid-19 we tried to get the vehicle delivered. Promise two days in a row. Did not happen. Came to pick up vehicle took two hours. Everybody sorry, but were not concerned i customer experience. I will tell this story to any one that will listen.

Not impressed

My husband and I had an appointment scheduled for 1:00pm to possibly buy a used car. Arrived at 12:50 and the car that we were interested in was blocked in on all 4 sides and the salesman was busy. Since we scheduled the appointment the day before, we felt that the car should have been ready to test drive at 1:00PM. It appeared that our appointment was not important enough to be prepared for, We left and went to the neighboring car dealership and purchased a car off of their lot. Kia of Carmel needs to learn "how to treat a customer" like the neighboring car dealership.

Andrew went above and beyond to help me with car, get the transmission flushed/exchanged, and get it done in a timely fashion. Kind, efficient, effective were his team! I absolutely would recommend Andrew, his team, and Kia Napleton! I’ll be going back when my car needs serviced again.

We tried to purchase a used car. The first time we arrived , no key to be found. No follow up that they found the key. When we actually were able to drive the car, the check engine light was on and the car was filthy on the inside. We were told they would clean the car and they would make the repair. Two weeks went by with no calls just us calling them. Finally on our last call to see if the vehicle was ready we were told they would lose money selling to us so they decided to auction it off. What sort of car dealer tells you they'll sell you a vehicle , makes you wait two weeks, and to finally tell their customer we'll lose money on this sale, we changed our mind. Worst experience I've ever had ! We also emailed them about this and never returned our email. We do not recommend this dealer!

Salesman was amazing!

We worked with Landon Brown to get our grand daughter a new Kia. He was so personable and answered any questions we had. I would come back to even by my next vehicle from him. Naim the sales manager made us feel so relaxed about our purchase. I will recommend this dealership and Mr. Landon to whoever might be looking for a Kia. Thank you, Landon. You are awesome.

Napleton Kia Rocks!!!!!

This is my 2nd new car purchase from this dealership. Both times, my experience has been wonderful and fun!! Every person there....the General Manager, the Salespeople, the Finance man, Service techs, Cashier, are delightful. They go over and above to meet your needs and expectations. My saleswoman, Josephine was truly delightful to work with!!!! She made sure I got/had everything I needed and even taught me how to download music to the media in the car, which I never knew how to do for 3 years of having my previous Kia Soul!!! As I love Kia anyway, I wouldn't go to any other Kia dealership than Napleton Kia!!

Zakeen Valentine was very helpful , polite and professional. Great atmosphere. Very friendly. Gary was also very important as he worked with us over the phone as we drove 2hours to make our purchase
