Made an appointment using online used car search site. Before my visit, I made sure that I do not want Xzilon coating and Kahu device installed on the used 2017 Kia, and I told them I don't want them stand between us. I emphasized that I don't even need to visit to see the car with either of them on it. I was assured that the sales manger would be informed of what I wanted. I visited the dealer and test drove the car. During the typical dealer business after a test drive, the saleperson is only interested in getting a deal, and not listening to what i was saying. I asked for a manager and I asked the manager, of course, whether Xzilon and Kahu would stand between us, and the manager said without a hesitation that both are included. They are $1,196 for Xzilon and $799 for Kahu location device. After my visit, I was contacted via text how my visit was and I shared my disappointment and informed that it was a waste of their and my time. The listing was initially adversitised with dealer installed Xzilon and Kahu, but now it is listed without Xzilon and Kahu information. Given my experience with this dealer, I am afraid of visiting not only this dealer again, but other Napleton dealers.

Today my family drove down 80 miles to purchase a car they had listed at $9750 on their website, on Cargurus website, Cars.com website, and Truecar.com website. We get there and we are informed that that is the "base price" of the car and that there is additional fees for a wax and polish thingy they do to the car plus other fees that jacked the car up to $12,900. We brought cash with us to purchase the car, expected the fees and taxes but not that much more. They said the reason they don't list it at what they truly want you to pay for it is because they know they won't get anyone on their lot if they listed it at what they plan to charge you for it. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I even have a TrueCar certificate for purchasing the car at $9,444 and they said they will not accept it, because they have to charge us for the extras that they did to the car. UMMMM - we didn't ask for the wax and polish and we don't live in Indy so we don't need the tire rotation and whatnot. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM - THEY ARE CROOKED!!!! I have never been screwed over this bad from a car dealership in my life. DON"T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

This place is amazing, they were very patient with everything considering I had a credit score of 574- I came to get a 2019 Nissan Rouge but left with a 2021 Kia Sportage for only $100 more. I will recommend this place to anyone. When you come I will recommend Alejandro to work with, he is very patient, respectful, and very knowledgeable. COME HERE FOR YOUR NEW CAR.
