Let’s face it, everyone dreads the car buying experience. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by one of the managers with a big smile, then the salesman we were introduced to also had a big smile. Of course I assumed it was fake but time tells all. After about an hour, there was no pressure, just information and fun. Our salesman Ernest showed us the features on the car like he was selling his own. We had fun on the test drive jamming to Michael Jackson! When we came back to the dealer, the numbers process was easy, only 1 back and forth and we were right where we wanted to be. I would highly recommend.
