Great Orginization !!

3 Words. Chrissy Burton is Amazing!!! I didn’t purchase, yet....but my time was well spent, the staff were all attentive, and she will be my sales Consultant when it’s time!

Jim is the Man... Get too him ASAP

Flew in from Texas to get this myself a new ride and Jim and the staff took amazing care of me picking me up from airport. Jim already had the car cleaned up and we were in and out in less than 2hrs. Cant express how much time and money he saved me. Which in a car buying experience is all a customer wants and needs. Thank you Jim.... “You Da Man”

Great dealership and salesman.

I had a wonderful experience at Napleton Kia of Carmel. Jim Greenberg my salesman understood my financial needs and led me to my new perfect car. I am so happy with my new Kia Forte5 it has so many extras inside including very low mileage. The car exceeded my dreams and I will come back for my next car. This company sold us a car in October 2017, and we still don't have a title! When we realized title was not coming as promised in writing, we couldn't get return phone calls. Avoid this business at all costs!!!

Unhelpful Staff

We had a terrible experience here. We came i knowing which car we wanted, the test drive was fine, but when it came time to buy the car was when we had problems. We told them when we got there we wanted to pay cash, but all they wanted us to do was finance, even though we told them we had cash IN HAND. For a half an hour we were lectured on why cash is worthless, and we should finance with the bank instead. I told him no 3 times but he kept pushing. He then tried to raise the price on us because someone else was in line to test drive the car. We just left, we felt scammed.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This dealership sold us a vehicle, promising title in 45 days. THERE IS NO TITLE!!! Stay away from this company at all costs! This has been a nightmare!!!

Wonderful customer service! 10/10 would recommend! Nice, fast, friendly atmosphere. Very welcoming. Ernest Clark is great! I will defiantly be sending my family and friends back when they are looking for a new ride.

Great Service

I was looking on another car lot for a good quality used car. After spending a few minutes with a distracted and condescending salesman, we walked over to Napleton Kia. Thankfully, that was a totally different experience. We met Daniel Hernandez. He was courteous and respectful. He devoted his entire day to making sure that we found just the right vehicle. His very knowledgeable sales manager, Marcus, took the time to introduce himself. Jeff made the financing process completely painless.
