Was fortunate enough to find 2002 BMW M5.

Was fortunate enough to find 2002 BMW M5. Was working with Demitry in setting up the sale and was not disappointed, not in the least. The customer service was above and beyond, as it should be when you’re looking for a car of this character. After I receive the vehicle it was even better than described and how it presented itself. I can’t say enough about the direct auto team, I finally got the car of a lifetime.

best dealer to buy used car from

i bought 2 trucks from this dealership, in 2021,and 2022 Mr. dmitry was very helpfull,and friendly,and very easy ,and quick process,taken only a hour,that very good service,by the time i went to picked up my truck,all papers,and truck was ready

No deal but a Very Good experience!

It's not very often a review is listed when a deal cannot be completed. However even though we could not find common ground on a deal I was pleased with how I was treated and respected by Dimitri. Very professional and courteous. He does have a very good inventory and his cars are exactly as described.

Purchased 2003 Land Cruiser in “mint condition” in April...

Purchased 2003 Land Cruiser in “mint condition” in April of ‘20. Concerned about rust on vehicle that age, asked Dmitry about it and he described it as a “little surface rust” and I hired mobile pre-purchase inspection firm to look for same. Report did not cite rust as it had been newly under coated. Within 2 weeks, I had to spend $1200 to repair rusted out steering components. A year later, I experienced total brake failure while driving and narrowly avoided a serious accident. Took to garage specializing in restoring vintage Land Cruisers and their assessment is the rust is so extreme, they stopped their inspection and characterized it as without any value. Repairing brakes alone would cost more than I pd for vehicle ($15k) due to entire frame and undercarriage being rusted out (brakes, shocks, gas tank, etc.) I live in the South, have owned it for 16 months, covered it since owning and have driven it a total of 1000 miles between visits to the shop. Clearly he saw amount of rust and applied undercoating to conceal and misrepresent. I now have a vehicle that is unusable and can’t be sold for anything but scrap and effectively unrepairable at any cost. Oddly, he hasn’t responded to my messages on the topic or my offer to sell that “mint condition” back to him. My next stop is likely legal action and wanted to share this so someone else may think twice before buying from this dealer.

I had a great experience buying a car from Dimitry at Direct Auto in Canton MA. First of all, he returned a call I made to him on a Sunday morning when the dealership was closed. The car was ready to go out front when I got there, his dealership is nice, clean, friendly, and professional. In the world of used cars (not to mention the new car shopping experience), you couldn’t do any better than going there. Honest and trustworthy, you can’t hope for anything better. Also, I love my new 535ix wagon.
