Owner is a fantastic guy. The cars they source are all in very good shape. Prices are reasonable. Very clean through and through his building, his operation, etc.

Went to Direct auto team to look at a vehicle I had saw online. When I walked into the dealership I was very impressed with how clean and nice the dealership was. Met the owner Dimitri who was very nice and easy going and honest. I purchased the vehicle from Direct auto team on January 3. Dimitri was excellent with the entire process and made it extremely easy and stress free in purchasing a vehicle. I had a few issues with the vehicle after I purchased it and called Dimitri who told me to bring the vehicle back and they would fix these issues. Dimitri was excellent fixing these minor issues in a timely fashion. Highly recommend any looking to purchase a vehicle go to Dimitri and his staff at Direct auto team.

Dmitry was good to work with in buying this BMW. He specializes in unique cars but it is clear he also enjoys working with the car owners who appreciate these cars. I was concerned about living 300 miles away and traveling to buy this car. He alleviated this fear assuring me he would reserve the car until I arrived. He appears to have a successful business with a well kept showroom and office. I attribute his success to his knowledge of the car business but more importantly to his interest and attention to his customers. I certainly recommend buying from this dealership. The 2012 BMW wagon with manual transmission was as advertised and described. They replaced all of the brake rotors, pads and one caliper, showing me they deliver only quality products.

I had been looking for cars for my daughter when I came across the Direct Auto Team website. She found a BMW x3 she liked and it looked great online (they always do), however when we went to look at the car it was even nicer in person. We drove the car and my daughter loved it. When we got back to the dealership, the process was simple and easy and Dmitry couldn't have been easier to work with. We picked up the car the next Wednesday, the car was clean and ready to go. This was my first experience with Direct Auto Team and my first impression when I pulled in was that they had good taste in cars and everything on the lot were nicer models all in good condition. Dimtry was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and always straight to the point without wasting your time or going back and forth on offers. Overall it was a good experience and I had no negative issues or problems with DAT or any of their employees and I would recommend them to my friends and family.
