Great service, excellent explanation of findings on inspection. The video sent by the mechanic was very helpful for understanding and decision-making. They also kept to their eztimate.

Super responsive.

Super responsive. Here from out of town and a dashboard alert came on during the drive back from the hospital. Made an appointment for the next morning and was in, diagnosed and fixed within the hour!! We were shocked at the customer service and their eagerness to get us on the way back to see our son in the hospital!! Thank you to the team effort. We are so appreciative.

Purchased a car that had a nail on the inside of the

Purchased a car that had a nail on the inside of the tire. Making note that you could not see it from visualizingthe vehicle. Was told it was not something they would take car of since it wasn't noted when I purchased the car. Making note that there as a discrepancy in the tire pressure compared to the other three.

As far as the service done on my car it was great and the

As far as the service done on my car it was great and the Tech Phil was extremely helpful. My only issue is with setting up the appointment. The website doesn’t allow it to be set up. I made several calls for over a month and left messages at the service center with no returned phone calls. I called the Sales department to get help and the parts department to get help and still was unable to make an appointment or get questions answered. The automated system doesn’t allow you to pick anything other than drop off and doesn’t allow you to pick a day. The lady that finally did answer my phone call(I wish I knew her name) she was extremely patient and very helpful. I really did appreciate that she finally answered the phone. I want to be able to stay compliant with my oil changes and stay under the warranty I have. Not being able to schedule things on time makes it really difficult.

Poor communication, poor management, slow turnaround, and

Poor communication, poor management, slow turnaround, and they don't return calls. The manager needs additional training as he is ill-equipped to handle the challenges Top dollar is charged, the delivery and value are awful. I've been going to this location for 7+ years. It used to be excellent. Two of my last 3 visits have been BAD.

I recently had an unfortuanate event where I punctured

I recently had an unfortuanate event where I punctured both drivers side tires and damaged both wheels on a object on the road. I had to get the vehicle flatbedded to Jim Ellis because of this. I reached out to Jack Stricklin, my awesome sales guy who sold me 2 brand new Kia's in 2024. He and my service represtitive Kris jumped on this immediately when my vehicle arrived. They were in constant contact with me during this whole process and updated me several times a day. Fortunately, I took out the additional Road Hazzard insurance for both tires and wheels. Kris was able to get the approval quickly and had both tires and wheels replaced, with no charge, and within 3 days. If you ever want a KIA then I would only suggest Jim Ellis Kia in Kennesaw. They definately go thast extra mile. Go see Jack Stricklin in Sales and Kris Musgrave in service. You will not be disappointed!
