Great experience.

Great experience. I dread car shopping because it can be stressful and one feels under pressure. Eddie Thornton did a fantastic job of providing informantion that was relevant and helped the decision process without putting any pressure. He went above and beyond coming in early the next Monday to get us going before a trip we had to take. The entire team was amazing and got us in and out in a couple of hours. Super easy process with them. I was even introduced to the service manager for my upcoming oil changes. A seamless process and a great vehicle for my family.

Thank you for providing me with a Lyft ride home and back

Thank you for providing me with a Lyft ride home and back to the dealer. (I don’t have a ride with out my car.) I was concerned, due to my poor service at this dealership last time, I would be with out a car for multiple days; however, this time around was different. This time, my car was serviced quickly and I was able to receive my car before it was promised. I was impressed with the service this time.

Did not do what I originally requested.

Did not do what I originally requested. Then told me what the problem was, and was quoted about $400 to fix. I took care of to a different place and it cost $65 to fix and was not st all what dealer told me. I will never go back there.

Very pleased with the personnel and the service but very

Very pleased with the personnel and the service but very unhappy with the “service “ policy I bought. Offers two oil changes but only within one year but the car doesn’t need an oil change until 8000 miles or one year. Our car only had 6200 miles so how was I supposed to have two oil changes during the first year. Very unfair!!
