I recently purchased a car with the help of Jack Stricklin, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Jack took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel rushed. I truly appreciate his honesty and professionalism. The entire experiance was great, as we expected from a Jim Ellis dealership. We remember dealing with Jim Ellis back in 1973. Easy to get a service apointment, our Kia Sportage was being worked on within 5 minutes of arival and finished 45 min. later.

They tried to charge more than quoted on the service,

They tried to charge more than quoted on the service, Told me I it would take 5 hours and I was there 7. Didn’t even get the recall checks done.

Communication is poor, service techs have no knowledge to service. Lacking in ability to provide any customer service. Lies were told by many employees, and no one seemed to know how to do anything properly. I will never go here again and will let every person that will listen to me know how bad this location is.
