I went in there, spoke to Sean prior to coming. He really went out of the way for me and my wife to show us all options. Infortunately we did not find one with the size and towing capacity we needed but we truly appreciated the effort!

Looked at a car and test drove it. Loved it and said I would buy it cash. Went inside to do the paper work. The price went from just over $9000 to $1250.00 I said how did the price jump to $3500 ? He said there are dealer fees and others fees that I don’t remember since I was so shocked At the final price. What a bunch of crooks. I told him that was a deal breaker and he said ok and got up and left. I will never go to them again !

I was interested in one of their cars (BMW) it was well priced and it has been in their website for a while. When I made my inquiry I was told that the car was just sold 2 days ago, however they told me not to worry because they have other offers for me. They started offering me similar cars, but their price was $6k to $8k more expensive than the one that I was interested in and in worst shape and mileage. So, why am I writing this review? Because it has been a month and the car I was interested in is still in their website and probably if I call again they will confirm to me that it was sold 2 days ago. Scammers.

I bought a car online from Hgreg.com which was the first time. I live in Texas and I must say this has been the worst car buying experience. Francisco is a total joke of a car salesman, dishonest and not a man of his word. Every time I had to be the one calling him and hunting him down to get what I thought was a good deal, done. I should of followed my gut feeling which was telling me there is a reason why I had to work so hard to get the deal done on my end. Dad thing is I had all the financing in place from capital one, all they had to do was complete paperwork and send to me. This was almost a 4 week process. Once I arrived to dealership, I was very taken back by the condition of the car which wasn’t reflected online. After a 18 hour trip from Texas to Florida I was very upset. The car had a rear fender hanging off, picture didn’t reflect. The carpets were missing, which was shown in picture. The gear shift knob was missing in which was in the picture. Once I left the car, I was upset that it was on less than 1/4 a tank. When I asked I was told that is their policy. I drove about 20 minutes and had to call back because the car was shaking so bad, the check engine light came on and I felt like I bought a lemon. Long story short, I had to pay for a hotel, stay the night so it could be looked at. Why they would not have a car checked and ready knowing I was coming from 18 hours away. This dealership is sketchy. I have been calling for the part that was ordered, my temporary license plate has expired and I have been asking for my plates. No response. No refund on hotel stay either than was promised. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE, especially if you are from out if town. Francisco is a joke, he talks a great game but can’t return a call, can’t make things right.
