bad service most cars are have structural damage and are poorly repaired. sales person and managers don't care about you and treat you like you don't matter

Called About a Used Car. It Was Wrecked
You would expect a deep discount when the car was shown to have been wrecked, front side and back on the carfax report. Nope, as a matter of fact I was told they don't negotiate their prices and add $999. dealer fees to the cost. I'm going elsewhere

DO NOT BUY!
Absolutely the most ridiculous place to purchase a car! Listen to you parents.....if the deal is too good to be true, then it isn’t real. I purchased a car with a minimal test drive out of state (yes, I should have been persistent about driving on the highway). After waiting for an hour I was admittedly in a rush. When I brought the car on the highway it was a bit shaky and thought it would be a simple alignment. I wasn’t upset to have that come out of my pocket considering I bought the car for thousands less than other dealers. When I brought it for a New York State inspection it was found that 2 of the tires are the WRONG SIZE and LOAD RATING. Essentially they put car tires that didn’t quite fit a GMC Acadia. The Acadia is obviously a heavy car and this is huge safety issue. I called HGreg MULTIPLE TIMES DAILY and have NEVER HEARD BACK from anyone. Also, when calling you get bounced around to each phone line and the message is “the mailbox is full.” If your budget is _____ don’t make the mistake of buying from this place thinking you will get into a nicer car with spending thousands less. Just suck it up, go purchase from a real dealership with actual customer service.

Went smoothly
The people were friendly, but the buying process took longer than I would have liked. That's car dealerships I guess. Overall not a bad experience.
