Terrible service
Walked in to a sales girl eating right in front of customers, another one just messing off on his phone with his head down. Terrible vibe. Went to see car I wanted to look at, car was locked on the lot and the car salesman didn't bring keys he had to walk back to the office. These are definielty some old rental cars. Cars were dirty, one I looked at smelled like a chain smoker was in it. Terrible inventory. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

You can’t test drive until we know you can afford
Called to see if a car was available. It was which we thought was great. Made an appointment and went to meet sales person. A substitute is brought in since the other person is only internet. Come to find out test drives are only allowed on high value vehicles after running your credit per a gentleman named Tommy stating he was a manager. Further stating "You know to make sure you can afford the car." This was after we stated we were paying cash. I told him again it would be cash and when is a 40k car with 39k in miles become high value. That's what cars cost. His respond "it doesn't matter it's their policy on high value vehicles. Helps keep the miles down." We walked out asking ourselves what just happened. Not only insulted, felt judged but a waste of our time. Good thing we called first to plan ahead. Stay away would be my advice.

This is worsworst dealership ever this dealership is full of sheet xxxxing lairs all sale person are bull sheeting playing games with buyers .was trying to buy suburban from them I have try 4days to complete process never worked out. I don't know if they're truly dealership or they're just scamming

Detailing
Please STOP overly saturating your vehicle’s with leather conditioner! Vehicles with leather and less than 10k miles shouldn’t look as if it’s 10 years old with 100k miles. Especially foreign vehicles with high quality leather, leather completely greased (UNEVENLY) I might add. Please do a better job at car detailing or switch products!

Bad experience
Drove 1 hr. Away, to see a car that barely made it off the lot and no a/c on a 98 degree day. They knew for days we were. Coming to test drive this vehicle Super bad business

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
After putting a deposit down to secure the vehicle for us, we drove 8 hrs to see the vehicle. Looked like the right truck for a decent price. We arrived when we said we would be there and they confirmed that the truck would be ready! We walk in, waited about 30 mins to get our sales guy. He was nice however, when he went back to get the truck for a test drive, he never returned. We waited 15 mins, then 20, then 25 mins until my phone rings. It’s the guy whom I set everything up with online and made my deposit with telling me that the truck wasn’t there!!!!! The wife and I drove 8 hrs and took off 2 days of work to drive there to look at a truck that I put a large deposit on to hold!!! He informed me that it’s at the dealer being serviced. When I asked when it would be ready he told me 2 days and wanted to know how long we’d be in town for. We were only going to be there overnight then driving back in the morning. I asked if we could at least go look at it. They said it’s locked up. I asked if they could ship it to us and was told i could pay their cost on delivery and that they would cut me a deal on that. Why would I have to pay for a delivery when they’re the ones who dropped the ball? All he could tell me was sorry I dropped the ball. I asked him why he didn’t call me and tell me not to come? His response was sorry I dropped the ball. That’s a big ball to drop!! So after a back and forth conversation on whether they could have the truck back and paperwork done by 1 pm the following day they said they were going to try to expedite the process on getting it back from service. I explained that we needed to be out of there no later than 1 as we have another 8 hr drive back and work the following day. We showed up at 9am when the doors opened to make sure they were aware of our intentions. They said they would call or text and let us know. Meanwhile me and the wife were going to look around at other trucks. We get a call from the mgr at 1:00 pm asking us if we still were interested and wanted them to go get the truck? So even if I would’ve said yes the deadline would’ve been well past our time! They offered no solution and needless to say we drove back without a truck. If I could’ve given them less than 1 star I would’ve. I will never recommend them nor buy any vehicle from them. P.S. I still haven’t seen my deposit refund back in my bank account!!! It’s been 48 hrs

TERRIBLE ABOUT GETTING MESSAGES TO AGENT
THIS DEALERSHIP IS WAYYYYYY UNDERSTAFFED; HAVE TRIED TO GET AN AGENT TO CALL ME BACK ON 5 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. GOOD SELECTION BUT THEY NEED TO WORK ON GETTING MORE PEOPLE IN THE DEALERSHIP.

Great Prices, great service!
Hgreg's business model is base on low prices and volume. When you get to the dealership, don't expect 'free" food, wifi, and salesmen to cater to your every move. If you go to Hgreg, it's because the prices drew you in. Do your research before you get to the dealer (Carfax, price comparisons, etc). Identify a few cars to look at and buy it if you like. Cons: They do not negotiate. You won't get the best trade-in value for your vehicle. Lack of basic amenities (small restrooms, cleanliness, wifi, service department, etc.)Their internal lenders had higher interest rates than what other dealers / banks will offer. Hgreg's business model is base on purchasing cars at wholesale prices, have a good reconditioning team, low site overhead, and making money off financing. Overall, I got the car I wanted for a great price.

Cant get anyone to respond
Good luck getting ANYONE to respond to you. I have called no less than 10 times, send at least 5 emails, emailed support, chatted on their website, they just flat out don't care to respond to any online inquiries, take your business to someone who actually wants it.

Avoid!!
Wow what a terrible dealership! From the moment you walk in all they do is push this “great” way of doing business with no commission and upfront pricing but they never really listen to you and what you want. Plus plan on being there the whole day even though they really weren’t that busy (lots of people just standing around) and then you get to the financing! 16 times they ran my credit! 3 of those times were the same bank! And then it took over a month to pay off my vehicles. Oh and they tacked on some luxcare treatment for over a thousand dollars that wasn’t actually done! If you have to buy here (I wouldn’t) get your own financing! They got me 9% interest rate with a 650 score. That means they raised my rate from what the bank gave me and kept the difference. Oh yeah they’re upfront...
