Drop the car off after hours was very easy, use the envelope left the keys. They called me the next day told me the problem and that it would be done the following morning. Very quick and professional and courteous employees.

Was not satisfied of having to wait 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. However was extremely surprised that the Service Department and dealership compensated me by completing my service free of charge.

Very rude manager that lacks compassion and lack of

Very rude manager that lacks compassion and lack of communication resulting in me not being able to pick up my car like I was expecting to. Poor diagnosis. Very bad customer service

Terrible in diagnostic services, my car returns to the

Terrible in diagnostic services, my car returns to the shop fir several times staying for several days, Technicians couldn't find a loose batery wire, can figure out a bad alternator, bad starter or bad batery. People at the front front desk were polite and tried to help.

Prompt, courteous and professional service throughout my visit. My truck needed oil change, tire rotation and check-up. Milton Dodge came through!

Had a deal worked out, reached out to another dealer who

Had a deal worked out, reached out to another dealer who beat their offer for an ordered car. Sales manager goes to GM says they can’t match the other dealers off (900 less than Sansing. Then 2 days later the deal falls through and reach back out to Sansing. GM says instead of 1,000 deposit it’ll be 2,000 to order( basically punitive punishment because I reached out to another dealer who was willing to sell it for cheaper. Long story short didn’t order through sandy, as no customer should beg a dealership to take 90,000 dollars from them. Insane world we live in.

Hi Frank, special orders can utilize our inventory allocation; therefore, we request a deposit to ensure the customers sincerity. Since you placed an order and then cancelled the dealership requested an increased deposit for your second order. All deposits are applied to the purchase of the vehicle.

Consumer response

That’s the problem, I never placed the order nor was it canceled. as a consumer, I shopped around and found a better price. Guess what, I was punished for shopping and the deposit amount was increased for punitive measures. Shame on a consumer. I wouldn’t do business with a dealer who increases the deposit amount 3 days after an amount of 1,000 was agreed upon. I ordered elsewhere and would advise anybody who wants to do business with shady back door dealers to look elsewhere. Always remember the customer votes with their wallet. In this case my money went to another more honest ethical dealer. This is the type of dealer to change the price once the car comes in. Avoid the headaches and go elsewhere. There’s plenty of honest dealers to chose from. What’s worse is Brandon saying “ if you give us 5 stars I might be able to get it back to the original 1,000” save your time friends. Shop elsewhere keep your deposit and get 1 star review. At the end of the day I saved myself a headache.
