A little communication goes a long way”I scheduled an appointment to bring my Jeep Wrangler in for the diagnosis and repair of a problem with the ignition system. I had to wait several weeks for my appointment date and time. I brought in my vehicle and dropped it off by 8am on a Tuesday morning as instructed. The Service Representative said that I would be contacted later that afternoon. I called the Service Department at 4pm that day and was told my Service Rep was busy but would call me back. I did not receive a call back that day. I called again on Wednesday at around 11am to get a status update on my Jeep. I was told my Service Rep was again “busy” but they had my Jeep in the back and were diagnosing the problem. I was told I would get a call back. It is now Friday mid-morning and I still have not received a call back on the repair status on my Jeep. It would be great to hear from Sandy Sansing Jeep about the status of my vehicle.

Best dealership in town.

Best dealership in town. My husband and I have been there many times and now my son has too. The whole team there are great. But we especially like Austin Bailey! He was awesome. Great guy and great salesman! Definitely check this place out. It will be worth your time.

The salesman that assisted me in the purchase of my new

The salesman that assisted me in the purchase of my new truck was very patient no high pressure and he was very good I would recommend Devin Byrd to any of my friends to help with the purchase of a new vehicle This was the best experience that I’ve had at a car dealership in a long time good work Dash

Devin Byrd was great, great customer service.

Devin Byrd was great, great customer service. got the car delivered halfway across the country with no issues. Devin was easily reachable and answered every question i had. great experience.

Took my truck in for recall.

Took my truck in for recall. Got it back and there was mud/wet sand on my running board driver side. The muddy foot print scratched the painted surface of the running board. The girl that drove my truck evidently doesn't care about other people property. This is unacceptable. What else did she damage during the course of the day or any other day. I hope this review gets read and something done about the issue. If I have to take my brand new truck back for any reason, I will not let it out of my sight.

Desmond is the best you’re going to get.

Desmond is the best you’re going to get. He’s personable, funny, and realistic. He will go above and beyond for you the day of purchase and well after. 10/10 do recommend!!
