Over charging oil for my vehicle when I only use 4.5 qts. And you charge for 5. Rip-off!

Employees are friendly and efficient. I am not accustomed to taking a vehicle to the garage as my husband (deceased) made arrangements for auto care. The location in Milton is convenient and the atmosphere pleasant.

They kept my car for two months to do a recall fix and my
They kept my car for two months to do a recall fix and my battery died because they didn't disconnect it and they charged me $40 to take out my old battery and put in the new one that I brought to them. So I was supposed to be getting a free service but ended up paying them when I shouldn't have. They fixed the part on my car but charged me for something that was there fault. So I guess just make sure there treating you right. This was just my first experience with them.

Chris Glover, Scott Wells, Brian McCurdy are the most lying, dishonest and deceitful people I have ever worked with. Tried to resolve an issue and had to eventually get on the phone with Chris because the lies just kept coming. Chris was giggling about the situation like he was proud of his guys for ripping us off $1,000. DO NOT do business here!!!!!

Their service department is the worst I’ve ever dealt
Their service department is the worst I’ve ever dealt with, there’s always a reason why they can’t repair your vehicle. There are short on staff they can’t get parts and they can’t make your vehicle priority even after several months setting. My vehicle is been in the shop for 10 months in the past 2 1/2 years I was told today there’s a lot of vehicles that have been in service for longer than mine like I should be comforted that my vehicle is only been in for three months this last time and they will get around to it

We are disappointed to hear that you have not had a positive experience with us. Unfortunately, during repairs there can be part constraints, meaning the manufacturer may not have the parts or may have them on backorder. We also have to follow the process of the manufacturer. For example, if there is a technical case open, the manufacturer has to advise our dealership how to proceed with repairs. These factors, plus many others can contribute to a longer repair time. We hope that you will continue to allow us to work on your vehicle and we appreciate your understanding regarding these concerns.
