Chris Glover, Scott Wells, Brian McCurdy are the most

Chris Glover, Scott Wells, Brian McCurdy are the most lying, dishonest and deceitful people I have ever worked with. Tried to resolve an issue and had to eventually get on the phone with Chris because the lies just kept coming. Chris was giggling about the situation like he was proud of his guys for ripping us off $1,000. DO NOT do business here!!!!!

Your general manager has not reached out at all. I’ve been waiting to hear from him. You posted this on 06MAY2024. It is now 09MAY2024. Still no call, text, voicemail, email, from the general manager to make this right.

Their service department is the worst I’ve ever dealt

Their service department is the worst I’ve ever dealt with, there’s always a reason why they can’t repair your vehicle. There are short on staff they can’t get parts and they can’t make your vehicle priority even after several months setting. My vehicle is been in the shop for 10 months in the past 2 1/2 years I was told today there’s a lot of vehicles that have been in service for longer than mine like I should be comforted that my vehicle is only been in for three months this last time and they will get around to it

We are disappointed to hear that you have not had a positive experience with us. Unfortunately, during repairs there can be part constraints, meaning the manufacturer may not have the parts or may have them on backorder. We also have to follow the process of the manufacturer. For example, if there is a technical case open, the manufacturer has to advise our dealership how to proceed with repairs. These factors, plus many others can contribute to a longer repair time. We hope that you will continue to allow us to work on your vehicle and we appreciate your understanding regarding these concerns.

Very nice staff and quick to get my oil change done with

Very nice staff and quick to get my oil change done with a tire rotation. I dropped my vehicle off and next thing they called me and it's done.

Joe is an awesome salesman!

Joe is an awesome salesman!!! He worked my deal on my trade ins and got the truck I wanted from another Sandy dealership brought to Sandy Milton for me. The whole group of folks (finance, managers and other salesmen) are great folks to deal with!
