Dishonest and corrupt Finance Dept.
Dishonest and corrupt Finance Dept. by Scott Wells!! Buyer Be Cautious!! Scott Wells in Finance Dept. lies, and is dis-honest and is corrupt, and slips in expensive items in your contract!! My good bank protected and helped me, I did not want dent protection and etch security added on to my contract, ever!! These items cost 825 dollars!! I told Scott Wells, in Fiance, that I did not want any extras!! At first I though every thing was great, but then 2 weeks later , my honest bank tells me they, Scott Wells added these items on to my contract, and it would cost me, 825 dollars extra!! I never asked for theses expensive items!! I signed a cancellation letter, to this dealership, and hopefully they cancel these 2 expensive items and cut a check to my bank!! This seriously affects my balance owed to my bank!! This is an nightmare, a very negative, very corrupt car buying experience, Is their commissions more important, than honesty and integrity? January 5, 2024 At first, everything seemed okay, until about 2 weeks later, after I bought this jeep, that I found out only through my honest bank, what this dealership had done to me!! My Bank notified me, that Scott Wells had added two expensive extra items, about 825 dollars,or so, without my permission, a dent protection item and an etch security item!! I did not ask for these items and I do not need these items! I quickly notified Scott Wells, and he lied to me, and to others, saying that I asked for these items!! Finally, I did get from this dealership, a Cancellation Form, emailed to me, which I signed very quickly, and handed in to this dealership, and they need to cut a check to my bank, and to cancel these 2 items! My husband went with me, as a Witness, when I brought in the cancel form, and we handed this form in person, to Scott Wells, Finance Dept! This dealership needs to go over contract and go over every inch of it, and do not slip in extra items,without the customers' permission, for their hefty commission!! Is the Commission more important, the lies, the dishonesty, than the trusting Customer!! So, the honest, trusting customer, does not get horrible surprises later on!! At first, We thought every thing was great, but later on, about 2 weeks later we find out, only through my Bank, about these dealership lies and about these two extra items added on, please do not lie and please do not treat the customer poorly, after the big sale!! Again, I never asked for these two items, and I did fill out and hand in the Cancel form, in person, to Scott Wells, Finance, at this Milton, Florida Dealership!! I went to this Dealership, as a kind Christian Woman, US Navy Veteran, expecting Honesty, and got lies and corruption!! I feel that I spoke up and got protection from my Bank, and I want to tell others to be very careful about this dealership! We live in a small community, Milton, Florida, and we will tell every one about this horrible and corrupt and negative experience!! Please cancel those two items and please cut the check to my Bank, I did not ask for these items, I told Scott Wells from the beginning that did not want any extra items added on, for I wanted to stay within my financial budget!!
