The staff is always helpful and easy to deal with. I get good service, the use of a customer shuttle and the work is done on time. Bob, our service representative goes out of his way to accommodate customers!

The salesman Isiah was really great!
The salesman Isiah was really great! He had patience and explained things very well. His sales manager, Uber, was not very pleasant to work with. He was very rude, in a rush, and he made me feel like what I was negotiating was wrong.

Anytime I call in to make an appointment everyone on the phone is courteous and responsive. When I bring my Kia in to be serviced, I know that the attention to the service provided is top-notch. I purchased my Kia here. And I drive the extra hour to bring it back to be serviced there. So that in itself should speak volumes.
