Jose was such a pleasure to work with... Not only was he so friendly, but he was so knowledgeable about the Expedition and took 3x more time than another other sales person that I have worked with to explain all of the car features (Most dealers just pass you the keys with a short 15 min overview... Jose took almost an hour to go through every button and made himself available for questions after I drove the car off the lot! He respected my budget and worked with me to get to a price that we were comfortable paying. Happy to give Jose 5 stars :-)
