Don’t Even do it!

Scammers waited hour after appointment time time test drive, salesman was talking about inappropriate things during test drive “baker” the n they raised the price 5k after sent in credit application

FALSE ADVERTISING SCAMMERS

Called to purchase a vehicle that was advertised. After speaking with a sales associate he informed me the price of the vehicle is 30k....well that’s a lil more than the advertised price of $25,666. I am a cash customer from out of state, therefore there is no tax involved and I’m not sure where the extra thousands come into play. Then he rudely told me that the price listed “is to get people to call”. I really don’t understand but to me that is a scam, and false advertising.

Horrible dealership

Test drive and went to purchase a car. Car was in good shape, salesman that assisted me was great. Once we sat down and reviewed prices, his supervisor wanted to tack on an extra 10k in fees on to the $17k asking price. Horrible dealership and price is not as advertised. Don’t waste your time.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE

Zero professionalism here. Prices shown are not accurate at all online. Then in store was quote $3k more by one employee. Then yet another 6k more by another???This place is a joke. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. When you ask why the severe inconsistencies in the price the answer was “fees”. They just make up numbers on the spot with ZERO credible or accurate evidence behind it. STAY AWAY.

I had the best service technician, Mario. He went above and beyond to help me with my needs. Great customer service skills. Explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable.

smooth and stress free

Customer service response

Customer service experience for ME at Global Auto Outlet has poor! I've tried to get this dealership to contact me about a nice looking vehicle that they have for sale online but they have shown that my business is not wanted because after THREE requests and calls, no sales rep has called me back. I called one evening and spoke to Carlos who was rudely talking to someone else, didn't seem interested in helping me and I had to offer my name, number, and vehicle interested in but he never called back, after saying that he would. I had a live specialist name Tracey text me that she would have a sales rep call me but they never did. I contacted her again via text, she responded but still no call from a sales rep. It is be far my worst car buying experience. I've purchased personal vehicles out of state before with positive outcomes.
