This is the absolute worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. They don’t communicate with each other so no one knows what’s going on. Inquired about a bmw m6 convertible. Applied for financing before been test driving the car because they said it was in the showroom and it’s too much work for them to take it out if I don’t agree with the numbers. They said that Wells Fargo approved it and they were waiting on the numbers and if I can do 6,000 down. I replied to them saying I could do that. And let me know what the numbers are. Then I get a call from another guy saying he sees I put and in application for financing and that he is the financing manager. I sent him my license and also bank statements as requested. He said he will get me the number. 2 days go by no number. After applying I was told that I could test drive the car Saturday. I come Saturday still no test drive. I find out from my sales man that the person who was calling and texting me is just another sales man trying to steal the deal. I will never go back to this dealership again. The whole state is unorganized and unprofessional. They pulled my credit 8 times and none of which were Wells Fargo like they mentioned. I will be reporting to the better business bureau and seeking law action on their lying and misleading and misrepresentation. They have done nothing but be and absolute waste of my time and they do not deserve a license to be in business. Do not go to this dealership there are better places to get your self a car. They will fill your credit with inquiries and East your time.

Good customer service. Good purchase fast and easy. Definitely recommend it. Nice car. Everyone one was kind. They make us feel comfortable. If I can buy another car Definitely I will go there

Shady dealer, keep your distance from this one. Worst car shopping experience ever. They are either really incompetent or really crooked. Huge waste of time.

Listed an already sold vehicles, waisted my time and gas on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. I will never come back no matter how low of the prices.

I called to verify availability and pricing on a vehicle. I was told that I'd get a call back in an hour. The call never came. I called a day later and was told that the vehicle was sold by another sales person.

Car was available 9:30 the night before. Rec’d text in a.m.confirming appt. get there 11 a.m.car unavailable. Mr. Baker tried to sell me “something similar.”a car 1 yr. older and cost more and was pictured on his computer when I sat down. Oddly enough, the car i wanted is still showing available on there website at 2:15p.m. Total waste of time

I called the dealership about an online ad for a 2018 Ford F-150. The salesman assured me they had the truck . The Carfax showed to was sold two weeks prior. Next, the internet salesperson contacted me and 4 times they told me it was there. It was never there and is still listed on their website. They just want you to come for the bait and switch.

Bought a car from them and the very next day I had to take it back for a repair for a whistling noise in my engine. They called back the day after and told me it was only a minor adjustment instead of replacing the part. Very same day I picked the car back up it started making the same noise as I was driving 30 minutes after. Took it back they told me they would do a diagnostic on the car and that they would send it to me; they lied to me multiple times saying they got one just to find out they never did one. They told me the car was certified preowned; vin number said it was not a certified preowned car. I asked for the owners information or for them to give me a call and they never got in touch with them for me and they couldn't even do that. Managers kept giving the run around saying they would send me paperwork on the car and they never sent it so I told them I didn't want the car and I told the bank I was not satisfied with my purchase. Dealership tried to tell me I had to have the car back at the dealership under 4 hours or they were going to press charges for theft and they weren't going to give a penny of my down payment back. The head owner is trash so I can see why their business is trash. The co owner is the only one who was listening to my problems and trying to work everything out for me. I got most of my money back but overall they are bad for business and I would never recommend anyone to purchase a car from here.

Was looking to purchase the 2016 honda qccord ex-l v6 and when i went there to test drive the car is no longer there but it’s still on the website . This is so when you get there they have your attention and can guide you to buy something different! very bad customer service
