Brought truck from this dealership and the truck had serious problems and they want to fix them until I actually came to pick up the truck after I said I didn't want the truck .and poor communication with salesman smh...

The salesman, Robert Williams was very knowledgeable about the cars he showed us. He was very personable and felt genuine. He made my granddaughter feel very comfortable.

0-review... I purchase a vehicle from this dealer and within 48 hours the motor blown. The dealer is not returing my calls and blowing me off.

The car that they said 'just sold' still available cars.com. I talked over the phone with one of global auto outlet person and they said 'come test drive it'. When we get there, we heard their "sorry just sold", and they will try to get you another car/option. The strategy is, if the car you see online is 'too good to be true', you need to question(they use it as an attraction to get you to their shop). We drove long way with kids for nothing. After 2 days we called and asked the same car, they said it is available. The trick will continue,,,,,.

This is the absolute worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. They don’t communicate with each other so no one knows what’s going on. Inquired about a bmw m6 convertible. Applied for financing before been test driving the car because they said it was in the showroom and it’s too much work for them to take it out if I don’t agree with the numbers. They said that Wells Fargo approved it and they were waiting on the numbers and if I can do 6,000 down. I replied to them saying I could do that. And let me know what the numbers are. Then I get a call from another guy saying he sees I put and in application for financing and that he is the financing manager. I sent him my license and also bank statements as requested. He said he will get me the number. 2 days go by no number. After applying I was told that I could test drive the car Saturday. I come Saturday still no test drive. I find out from my sales man that the person who was calling and texting me is just another sales man trying to steal the deal. I will never go back to this dealership again. The whole state is unorganized and unprofessional. They pulled my credit 8 times and none of which were Wells Fargo like they mentioned. I will be reporting to the better business bureau and seeking law action on their lying and misleading and misrepresentation. They have done nothing but be and absolute waste of my time and they do not deserve a license to be in business. Do not go to this dealership there are better places to get your self a car. They will fill your credit with inquiries and East your time.
