Drove 2 hours to find out the car was sent back to arbitration because they found a major problem with the TLX and was too expensive to fix. I called the night before and they (Global Auto Outlet) said it was available.

DO NOT!!!!!!! They mark the vehicles down in price then then you go in, they'll come back to the table with paperwork with a price $4k+ more than what advertised. And that price is BEFORE the $3k - $4k+ more in BS FEES !!!!!!! They'll claim their "google reviews" makes them a valid dealership. Spend your money somewhere else please or lowball the h*ll out of them. All they want is a sale. Don't fall for the small talk. THEIR SALESMAN ARE ALL APART OF THAT SYSTEM!!!!!!

*** Scam Scam** Called and asked if two of their vehicles were available the day before. They confirmed they had them on the lot. Showed up the next morning and found out they had been sold weeks ago. The inventory online is completely incorrect and they lie to get you onsite. The sales lady told me they drop the pieces once the cars are sold to get people to come in. Avoid this shady business.

I called today about a vehicle that is listed on their own website, and multiple other websites. It is being advertised on cars.com, cargurus, and true car. I spoke to a lady in finance that says the vehicle is sold. Why is it still being advertised not on just other websites but on your own website if it is sold! Truecar tells you how long a vehicle has been listed for and it says 74 days...this is ridiculous, in my opinion, I believe they are just collecting people's information from the listings so they can spam you with mail, emails, and phone calls. I do not trust them.

Very bad and worst experience ever they should sell lying and bull·xxxx instead of cars I called them before I drove from Salisbury, MD, to the dealer in DC, almost 3 hours, and they said the car was available, but when I arrived, they told me it was gone three weeks ago

Worst experience. Do not buy a car from them. They sold us a lemon. Went back to them and they refused to make it right. Only made 2 payments.

My station was relocated and I was in need of a car. I’m a first time buyer. I contacted Jimmy via CarGurus to see if i could buy a Honda Accord. Jimmy invited me into the dealership same day. He laid put my options as a first time buyer. Jimmy asked if i had to pic a car on this lot what would inpick and i said it’d be the 2018 DODGE CHARGER R/T. He said, he was going to make my dream come true. He took his time worked on my deal and was able to work his magic and put me on a 2018 DODGE CHARGER R/T LOW MILEAGE vehicle. I went to purchase a 2015 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 LTZ that was listed for 24,911. First let’s start w/ the car wasn’t even at the dealership which was told to me in a text.i called to come and look at the truck and was told me it wasn't there .they try to revert me to a different truck which wasn't the same as the one I wanted. why is the truck on the website and truck is not even there its like a click bait. This place is a rip off DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME because it was a waste of mines 😡

I went to purchase a 2017 Nissan Altima that was listed for 12,911. First let’s start w/ the car wasn’t even at the dealership which was told to me in a text. When “CHAMP” came back w/ the numbers now is 18,000+ He proceeds to tell me that they automatically add $4,500 to all their cars, that’s not even the taxes and fees. This place is a rip off DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME because it was a waste of mines 😡
