Great customer service

Reese was an amazing sales guy . I was in and out in a hour driving away . I highly recommend everyone to come get a car from here . Great price and great service very honest through the whole process

False advertising

Before driving down there, they told me the car was available. I drove 1hr40 min to get there and they said the car was sold. One of the guys told me that they sold the already and reduced the price and post it on the internet which didn't make sense to me. Wasted my time!

Stay Away

Called twice before going to dealership. Called 10 mins away and through text. Got there and they said vehicle was sold. Called to speak with manager after I left and they tried to say I never called to check. Stay away

Click and Bait - Dishonest

Click bait. Car advertised online at low price but when you get to the dealer, they will say car is not available and have other cars to show you. Their main point is to make you get in their dealer. Dishonest.

Honda

Where do i begin these guys webt ahove and beyond for ke and my husband they made sure we got the best rate and price for our new vehicle they made sure rhey disclosed everthing rhey hve no hidden fees all of there cars are maryalnd inspected which is a good thing that way we dont have to worry about repairs after the sale! They also gave us a 30 day warranty as well! They really make you feel like family! They are a very high pace store, while we were in the showroom they sold close to 5 cars, a lot of good high end vehicles and these guys hands down are quality our purchased took ocer three weeks because we wanted to make sure we were making the right decision and we did, they were not pushy at all and they made sure our investment was protected all across the board! Thank you Wali for going above ahd beyond and making us satisfied with our purchase

Absolute Bait and Switch Sales Tactics.

Bait and switch operation right here. They do not honor the listed price!! Very disappointed and walked away quick!! The manage was in on it too. SMH.

If you buy You Die

I bought a car from them and the wheels fell off while I was driving off the lot. The were laughing while this was happening to me.

Please fix your ads

Caution. Call ahead before coming in because they do not update their online ads regularly. Drove over to look at a car and sales rep guy was embarrassed to say car was sold 10 days back.

They are tricksters.

When I got to the dealership I was told that the 2021 Toyota Highlander still being displayed online has been sold and was shown another one which I was tricked into buying. $26,911 was online displayed price of the one shown to me but at the end of the transaction with all their hidden fees, the price rose to a whooping $38,000 plus. They are not being honest with their customers, all they are after is just to rope you-in. And the worst part of it is that I bought the Highlander from them after signing the last document not to sue them and picture was taken for record purposes according to the accountant and without a spare key fob.

Fraudulent Practices

This dealership advertise a lower selling price, however once they get you at their shop they raise the selling price significantly. They added $5000 to their published sale price along with addition $600 in fees. I left their feeling as if I was getting scammed. Fraudulent Practices!
