Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. Given an appointment as stated in email then told it was not an appointment but a check in time. replaced engine from recall and car still doesn't run. Employs rude and uninformed. .

Brought '18 Sorento in for Safety Recall campaign.

Brought '18 Sorento in for Safety Recall campaign. The car never had the problem before I brought it in. but now it does. I thought the recall was supposed to fix the problem, not cause it.

While dealing, I was hoping a good deal, but I wonder if my used car purchase is a trash. The car after 6 days of driving had a engine light come up. While signing paperwork the car's rear seat levers and bezels were taken out which should have been secured for me. They refused to find and give back to me. The government subsidies and rebates are supposed to be for me/customer, but they instead raised the price by a similar amount. They made a very strong case for this. Since I did not know what to say, I gave in. If they agree for a discount, they give but still charge tax on that amount. e.g. if they agree to reduce $100 on car, then $8 should also reduce in tax, which does not. My salesman has been made aware of the above all, but he cannot do anything about it. Only then I am compelled to write this experience. There were some good things as well (unrelated to car) for which I am giving 2 stars. If you have to buy a used car from them just try to be strong, and aware of these things could happen.

Nick was great, had slight issue setting up kia connect

Nick was great, had slight issue setting up kia connect app stuff. But that’s on technology not always cooperating, not the salesman. Great low pressure sales guy that seems like his style is treating himself and the customers well after seeing his name on most every plaque for sales excellence in the place. Great experience overall.
