Had an amazing experience at Germain Kia! The staff was professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth. Personally met Muhamed Khan, who was incredible and helped us find the perfect car. Great selection, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I bought a used 2022 Kia Sorento and I noticed it was

I bought a used 2022 Kia Sorento and I noticed it was making noise a week or so later. I brought it in to get looked at and one of the shocks was leaking and needed replaced. Well a few days later after getting it fixed it still was making noise and I had to bring it back in to see what was going on. Eric was so understanding and helped me out and let me know that the other shock on the other side needed replaced as well. So finally getting them both fixed I was good to go and no more noises. I am very thankful for Eric and all his help because I tried calling the Kia dealership in Lancaster and they wouldn’t help me by looking at it or fixing it.
