I had two body mechanical warranty issues with my 2019
I had two body mechanical warranty issues with my 2019 QX50. One was apparent, while the other was intermittent. The crew at Infiniti San Jose diagnosed them correctly and replaced the parts without fuss the next day. I had the car back within 2 days, with a free loaner in the meantime. No stress. Nick McClintic was great!

I had a GREAT experience working with Infinity of San Jose and specifically with Brian Crocker. I did not end up buying a car with them but not because of the experience. I found a car that better fit our needs in the state I live in. Brian was extremely attentive, very forthcoming, prompt with information I needed, great communication, kind and very gracious even when he knew I would be buying a different vehicle. He gave superior service including sitting in the car and assessing it honestly for me since I couldn’t be there in person. The car I was looking at was in excellent condition. The dealership has a few additional things that they add on for quality and security of the vehicle long term, a great additional service for their customers. They really think of everything for the best buying experience. I am writing this review because I want anyone considering working with them to know how well you will be cared for. If I can’t buy from them I at least want to share with others to support a quality business that is deserving.
