We have a seven year old Lexus SUV, Marvin has always been our service rep and has been WONDERFUL. He is honest and never does any work without consulting us first. If Marvin is busy, Pat is another rep that helps us and she is just as wonderful. Thank you.

I was considering the purchase of a new Lexus. I shopped around other dealerships just to see if it was a good time to trade-in and purchase a new car. At these other dealerships the pressure to purchase was subtle, but it was there. Not so at Bredemann. I had looked into purchasing an RX as a Christmas present for my wife in 2015, and although I did not purchase the car, the lady with whom I spoke, Angela Stefaneas, was so helpful and assisted me in any way she could, that I thought that I'd give Bredemann a visit. Everyone was so friendly. I was introduced to Brad Bildsten and spoke to him at length about a possible trade-in for my older car, and the purchase or lease of a new ES. We took a test ride, came back to his office, and talked about cost. Everything was out-in-front, and I was afforded credits on my trade-in in addition to the trade-in value of my old car of which I was unaware to reduce my cost further. Bredemann had the color, interior, and options that I wanted, and within about an hour and one-half, the deal was done. It was a most enjoyable experience. I was treated fairly, honestly, and am very pleased with my purchase. I believe I have cemented my dealer of choice for future Lexus purchases. I'd suggest that anyone reading this review to do themselves a favor. Consider Bredemann Lexus for your next purchase. I'm extremely happy, and believe you will too.

They are both professional and represent Lexus in a way that makes coming in for service enjoyable, from our first visit until now 3 years later.
