Fast friendly service

Needed new tires

Marvin and Pat are an amazing team. I needed tires so they made it happen . 2 tires were in stock and 2 had to be ordered . Pat got me a loaner and my car was ready the next morning . It was such a seamless process . Thank you for being so patient with me and getting me in and out quickly . You have a customer for life !

Awesom

Pat K and Marvin D, service consultants, were very courteous. They let me use a SUV so I could go out for breakfast while my SUV was being serviced. Marvin called me when my car was complete, which was only 45 minutes. The rest of the service department greeted me with a smile.

Informative, helpful. Martha in service department was outs!

My past experiences with other car dealer service departments have been frustrating. Bredemann Lexis/ Glenview has provided outstanding service to me for the past several years. Exemplary service

What was supposed to be a daunting and stressful experience was made into a very pleasant one when my husband and I walked into Bredemann Lexus. We had the pleasure of dealing with Ric Santos and he was exemplary in every way. Not once did we feel neglected nor did we get the feeling of being rushed or pressured into making a decision. We felt very important and valued as a customer. He was very patient in showing us the many reasons why getting the 2017 Lexus GS 350 Fsport was the best decision to make, and boy was he right. It was pretty intimidating to see all the new technology we have to learn but he gave us a step by step tutorial and he even made sure we got it right before we drove away. My family is now enjoying our new car!
