This is my 5th car that I have leased at Bredemann’s Lexus in Glenview. Jeff (General Manager) has always given me the best rates on their leasing program. This year after I signed the leasing papers with Brian Larsen they had Sue Guido from the Sales and Leasing Department go over the car with me to show me the options of the car. She was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. From the minute you walk into Bredemann’s you know you have stepped into a dealership that’s a class act from A to Z. I’m sure I will be leasing cars from them for many years to come.

My experience today was a superior experience!!! I have purchased many vehicles in the past 20 some years from Bredemann Lexus in Glenview. All purchases have been positive experiences. Everyone I was involved with for the purchase were well versed in their specialized field. There was no bate and switch. We were very pleased with our salesperson, Renis and the sales manager Tim Ryan. I believe through no fault of the dealership, the actual delivery of our car took somewhat longer than we anticipated. We are very happy with the car and we appreciated the thorough training Renis provided to us. It was a very nice experience overall.

What is impressive to me about Bredemann Lexus is that the same faces are there year after year. I have been going there for roughly the last 15 years. The same service rep has been there this entire time. The salesman I deal with, Wayne Phillips, is also still there. I bought my first car from him 15 years ago and I just bought a 3rd car from him this month. He has been at Bredemann for at least the last 15 years. Wayne gives me a fair price each time. I don't have to dicker on price much, Wayne gives me a fair price pretty much right off the bat. Service team drives me to and from the train and on the couple of occasions I needed a loaner, they gave it to me immediately, for free. Stop to think about the salesmen or service reps at other dealerships. They jump from one dealership to the next, one career to the next. My experience is that its just not that way Bredemann.
