Thank you Hgreg for wasting two entire days and a lot of

Thank you Hgreg for wasting two entire days and a lot of my money! I contacted the West Palm Beach location about purchasing a vehicle. I asked what all their fees are so I would know what the total price and deal was before I travel 266 miles. I had to clear my schedule and take a whole day off of work to take a train for 7 hour to get down there. I arrive to find out there is a $1500 “protection plan” that I HAVE TO pay for. It’s supposedly some mysterious thing that protects the surface of your paint, headlights and tires??? They claim whoever I spoke with forgot to mention it. There is literally a HUGE sticker in front of every chair in front of every customer and employee about this stupid protection plan. Which by the way, is a complete scam. I’ve confirmed this from other dealers. I bought one way train tickets for my wife and I, didn’t get the car at the price they said, then had to spend more money to book a hotel for the night just so I can get up and buy return tickets home the next day. WHY COULDN’T YOU JUST BE HONEST!! The irony is when I was sitting in the dealership, all over the walls it says “No Hidden Fees!” #worstexperienceever

Have left messages with their out of state team for three

Have left messages with their out of state team for three straight days and haven’t heard one word from them. I sent online messages. I tried talking to the people at the call center or whatever and they would listen and then just transfer me to the out of state voicemail service. If you are trying to buy from out of state good luck.

Got me to the dealership after I called if the car was available, salesman went to get the keys, came back said the car was sold, wasted my time driving there, will never buy from this dealer

********** Do not buy a car at Hgreg *************** They force you to pay a Elite Protection Plan for 1,495 that covers Paint, Fabric and Tire. Of course i don't needed it. They told me it was a fool decision not to buy the Gap insurance for 1,499. With my high credit score a company called Ally gave me an interest of 15.7%. I ended up paying 20,000 plus the extremely high interest for a car that is worth 13,000. I will post this review on a weekly basis. ********** Do not buy a car at Hgreg ***************

Very unprofessional.

Very unprofessional. I took off work to see a specific car. I get here and car was already sold. They scheduled my appointment to look at car knowing the car was already sold. Disrespectful of customers time. I actually question the fact that they even had the car or just used its listing to bait customers to dealership.

Do not go there!!!! They sold me completely broken car!!! After I called them, their respond is SORRY . Bad, really bad experience!

The pictures are extremely deceiving and cut out/hide body damage on the vehicle. xxxxxxx salesman too that will say your car is a xxx all while saying they cannot fix the glaring problems with their vehicle they want to sell to you. I highly recommend AVOIDING this dealership at all costs

I made an appointment to see the car, I was told by Lucas that it was available when I arrived after driving an hour to the dealership I was told I wasn’t going to be able to see the car because it was out for service this was very unprofessional.
