Called on an SUV that was showing minor damage on Carfax.

Called on an SUV that was showing minor damage on Carfax. Talked to a couple folks there and they assured me the car was really clean. I made the 2 hour drive from Melbourne to wait 20 minutes for them to find some keys. Walk out and look at it, TRASHED! The car was filthy but not bad enough to notice it had clearly been hit on both sides, as well. They totally mislead me and wasted 5 hours of my time. Stay away from this xxxxbox.

Bait and switch!

Bait and switch! They get you into the dealership and then, when it's time to go over the financing, they tack on close to $4k in extras! When I called them out on it, they said "it's right on our website!" The "bait" price is in BOLD and 20 font, but the "switch" price is in super, magnifying glass small font....ALL THE WAY AT THE BOTTOM OF THE WEBPAGE. Don't waste your time with these TYPICAL DECEPTIVE CAR SALESMEN!!!

WARNING this dealership are SCAMMERS 100% advertise a car and price when get their car is not automatic as advertised then show me similar car and when i asked how much out the door they added on $5 THOUSAND dollars in fees on a 8500 car so for a 8500 car will cost over 13k ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR SKULLS, DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF ADVERTISED PRICE IS NOWHERE IN BALLPARK OF WHAT PRICE WILL ACTUALLY BE AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE

Rip off artists.

Rip off artists. Classic bait and switch. Called and confirmed the car I wanted was there. They said yes. Called again before I left the house to confirm car was there. They said yes. Once I got there..."oh, that car was sold. But we have other ones..." Caricature of a sleazy used car dealer. Stay away. Way better places out there to waste your time on them.

I bought a 2016 VW tIguan from Hgreg the ending of june,

I bought a 2016 VW tIguan from Hgreg the ending of june, in the first week I had to take it back to them to remove and replace bad parts, within two months, the sensors were gone and before five months, the car shutdown on me in traffic, went back to them, they told me I had a warranty so I should take it to the dealership. I did,upon inspection the dealership told me the Engine is ceased and the warranty doesn't cover a engine, so I need a new engine, which cost more than the value of the car, the other warranty they(Hgreg) gave me was for a paint job. So I went back to them regarding the engine, and was told, they can't do nothing & giving me some bull, the so called manager then told me that they would take back the car, put a new engine in, sell it to someone else and I would still have to do the payments, so the scammers will be getting two different payments for a LEMON. People please do Not purchase any vehicle from HGreg. I thought Hgreg was a honest reputable company, but my experience shows me they are not. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM HGREG AS FAR AS POSSIBLE.

Bad experience don’t waste your time and money

The worst service in the world, they are thieves. They sell damaged cars and only give a 5-day warranty. I bought a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 1 month ago and I have already had to take it to the mechanic twice due to engine failures. When I wrote to the seller that he was "the seller of the month" I got no response. Now it seems that the engine is burning oil and no one is going to answer for this. Don't waste your time shopping at Hgreg.

The people that work there are terrible rude asf

Worst management and staff they ignore your calls when you need them but calling non stop when they need you to sign paperwork after the next you get a call from them saying car already sold in think they just want people information so they can use for other things?💩💩🤡🤡
