The woman didn’t even know how much the vehicle was

The woman didn’t even know how much the vehicle was listed for. She kept saying it was priced $500 over what the website said & wouldn’t listen. Made an offer & she wouldn’t budge from full asking price. Not helpful at all!

The salesman I worked with was excellence and the finance

The salesman I worked with was excellence and the finance team was fast. Everything was explained easily. The dealership followed up with my request for a second key and they did it at their expense. I love the truck.

Misleading ad. Showed a price on multiple vehicles and would not honer them. Very distrustful.

Buying a vehicle online can be a bit nerve-wracking, but Dan Cummins made the entire process smooth, transparent, and surprisingly personal. I purchased my Jeep entirely over the internet, and from start to finish, the team was fantastic. They were honest, responsive, and incredibly kind throughout the entire experience. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and they never made me feel like just another transaction. What really impressed me was how much care and attention they put into every detail—photos, descriptions, paperwork, and delivery were all handled with professionalism and integrity. Even from hundreds of miles away, I felt completely confident that I was in good hands. It's rare to find a dealership that combines online convenience with genuine human connection, but Dan Cummins nailed it. The trade offer was insulting.

The trade offer was insulting. Not even half of rough trade in value for a car with low miles no damage and excelant mechanical condition. Then gave a spill of how their market justified low ball trade. Gobity goop talk.
