The absolute WORST and most unprofessional dealership I
The absolute WORST and most unprofessional dealership I have ever encountered. On Friday night, we drove through the parking lot to see a vehicle I saw online. It was unlocked, so we looked inside and it was absolutely disgusting. Other than the filth on the inside, we liked the car and it seemed to be a decent price for the year and miles. On Sunday night, I submitted an online request for information on the vehicle. Big Carl reached out via text. I asked how the dealership acquired the car (trade-in or auction). Either way, I had reservations because if someone allowed their car to look like that, I was concerned how well they maintained it (but knew it could be cleaned and wanted to find out the details on the car) . Big Carl told me that he would reach out to me by noon on Monday. I never heard from him, so I reached out. I then received a text saying, "I can't find them" (I had asked about another car as well). I replied "what the cars?" He then calls me to say that he cannot find either car on the lot and he needed some time. When I left work I went to the dealership and the car was sitting in the exact same spot as it was on Friday (its now Monday), STILL filthy. I walked to the building and was about to walk in the door and request another sales person when Corey Johnson comes walking out. He is on the phone talking about a deal with a customer and tells them to hold on to see what we need (meanwhile Big Carl & several other sales associates are standing around the showroom shooting the xxxx doing nothing). We told him we were there trying to find out info on a car. He asked us to show it to him on the lot. As we are walking, he continues to talk on the phone with the customer about the deal, the down payment, etc. Then we are standing around waiting for at least 10-15 minutes while he continues the call. When he finally gets off the phone, he proceeds to say that he is currently in the middle of 7 deals and continues spouting cocky arrogant xx. He looks at the car and says that he took it in on trade and he knows the people because they have bought 9 Jeeps, 4-5 from him and they make $400k a year. I said $400k a year and they are buying Jeep Grand Cherokees...he says yes. He proceeds to tell us what great cars they are and how he bought one for his ex, who he said looks just like my daughter, before she left him. He continued on with his self absorbed comments and finally said he would go get the key. We waited 10-15 minutes for him to come back and then left. Also, the pictures below are the ones posted online by the dealership. I should have known if they would post pictures of a car that dirty, to steer clear...and the car sat like that at least Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday while unlocked ...the entire weekend & the busiest time for sales... NEVER AGAIN!!

I wanted to buy a car that they advertised online and they told me I couldn't buy it because I didn't have a trade. The salesman told me and I quote. "The internet price was only if you had a trade".

Purchased a new Jeep Sahara there.
Purchased a new Jeep Sahara there. Service dept is extremely SLOW, gives no communication for DAYS after vehicle is supposed to be done. No loaner vehicle offered. No apologies. No management to speak to. I wouldn't buy from here again. They obviously have plenty of inventory but they don't even try to earn your business.

I don't often like to put up a negative review, but I
I don't often like to put up a negative review, but I have to point some issues out with this dealer. Went to look at a used car, had a specific one in mind. The car itself was nasty and had not been cleaned well at all. There was visible ash in the car from smoking, and a cigarette butt in the dash vent. To top it off, the car had been posted online at 15,995 for weeks, where this comes into play, is the day I went onsite to look at the car, it became eligible for a used EV tax credit. If their advertised price was $15,995 for this car before the tax credit was an option, that should put the price of the car at $11,995. However upon sitting down to work out finance, the dealer immediately claimed their online price includes all rebates and offers. While that is understandable, that rebate and offer was not available and was not an option at the time the price was posted. Color me surprised when they try to sell me a 16k vehicle for 19k, then give me the 4k discount. Shady. Would suggest continuing to another dealer, as I found others who didn't treat their customers this way.

I purchased a brand new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Don
I purchased a brand new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Don Jackson Jeep, and the associate was Ibraim Eminov. He said the car had the retractable side mirrors, which it didn’t and a foot activated liftgate, which it didn’t. When I questioned him about it, his response was, “oh, that’s for the next model up.” He gave me two keys to the car and one was not even for that car. When I returned to Florida, I realized the key was incorrect and he suggested I contact the local dealership to get one. I suggested that it was his problem to fix, so he ordered an uncut, unprogrammed key and send it to me. The local dealership charge was $100! I contacted the salesman twice with no response.

Awful communication skills.
Awful communication skills. Very unorganized. No customer attentiveness skills. Bait and switch tactics. Highly suggest reading the 1 star reviews on google. Management and sales need’s professional training. They claim to be Georgias number 1 CDJR Dealer which is highly embarrassing. There’s plenty of CDJR Dealers in Georgia and this isn’t one I’d waste my time at.

I recently purchased a used Jeep, and it was NOT the
I recently purchased a used Jeep, and it was NOT the transparent and honest experience I had hoped for. My salesperson, Corey, did not review the details before putting me with Mike to sign the loan paperwork. The dealership advertised the Jeep on Autotrader for $22,995. I agreed to the $3500 extended warranty, and my trade-in was worth over $11,000. My loan should have been around $15,000 after tag/taxes but there were other "bumps" that Corey had not informed me of. One item was a LoJack GPS device, and the other was a Service fee. (I spoke to the service department, who said they did a safety inspection and oil change. These "bumps" totaled over 4000 dollars, so my loan totaled over 19,000 dollars.) Mike assured me he would give me everything I initialed and signed. That was not the case; nothing that spelled out the final price or anything I signed and initialed made it home with me. The only thing I came home with was the loan information. I've been asking since I purchased the Jeep for all the items I signed, the LoJack information, and the Service records, and I am still waiting for someone to provide them to me. (I've spoken to the assistant GM, Shawn, emailed Corey and Mike, and emailed Danny Jackson, the GM.) In addition, there were comments made along the way from Corey about how he was only making 75 dollars on my sale and that "I was lucky that I looked this way" when I started questioning what the "bumps" were added to the Jeep sale without discussing it with me. Regrettably, now I'm forced to seek legal assistance to obtain the documents I signed when purchasing the Jeep, as the dealership still needs to provide them. I strongly advise potential buyers to avoid this dealership unless they wish to endure a similar ordeal.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. It's been nearly three months, and I still haven't received my vehicle tags. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, the communication from their end has been practically nonexistent. Every time I call, I'm either told that it will be resolved or that it has been resolved however, that is a "lie" This lack of responsiveness and failure to resolve such a basic issue is completely unacceptable. Purchasing a car is a big decision, and I expected a lot more professionalism and follow-up from the dealership. If they can’t handle something as simple as getting my tag promptly, it makes me question the quality of their service overall. I would seriously reconsider going elsewhere if you value clear communication and timely service. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this dealership at "ALL"
