I don't often like to put up a negative review, but I have to point some issues out with this dealer. Went to look at a used car, had a specific one in mind. The car itself was nasty and had not been cleaned well at all. There was visible ash in the car from smoking, and a cigarette butt in the dash vent. To top it off, the car had been posted online at 15,995 for weeks, where this comes into play, is the day I went onsite to look at the car, it became eligible for a used EV tax credit. If their advertised price was $15,995 for this car before the tax credit was an option, that should put the price of the car at $11,995. However upon sitting down to work out finance, the dealer immediately claimed their online price includes all rebates and offers. While that is understandable, that rebate and offer was not available and was not an option at the time the price was posted. Color me surprised when they try to sell me a 16k vehicle for 19k, then give me the 4k discount. Shady. Would suggest continuing to another dealer, as I found others who didn't treat their customers this way.

I purchased a brand new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Don Jackson Jeep, and the associate was Ibraim Eminov. He said the car had the retractable side mirrors, which it didn’t and a foot activated liftgate, which it didn’t. When I questioned him about it, his response was, “oh, that’s for the next model up.” He gave me two keys to the car and one was not even for that car. When I returned to Florida, I realized the key was incorrect and he suggested I contact the local dealership to get one. I suggested that it was his problem to fix, so he ordered an uncut, unprogrammed key and send it to me. The local dealership charge was $100! I contacted the salesman twice with no response.

Awful communication skills.

Awful communication skills. Very unorganized. No customer attentiveness skills. Bait and switch tactics. Highly suggest reading the 1 star reviews on google. Management and sales need’s professional training. They claim to be Georgias number 1 CDJR Dealer which is highly embarrassing. There’s plenty of CDJR Dealers in Georgia and this isn’t one I’d waste my time at.

I recently purchased a used Jeep, and it was NOT the transparent and honest experience I had hoped for. My salesperson, Corey, did not review the details before putting me with Mike to sign the loan paperwork. The dealership advertised the Jeep on Autotrader for $22,995. I agreed to the $3500 extended warranty, and my trade-in was worth over $11,000. My loan should have been around $15,000 after tag/taxes but there were other "bumps" that Corey had not informed me of. One item was a LoJack GPS device, and the other was a Service fee. (I spoke to the service department, who said they did a safety inspection and oil change. These "bumps" totaled over 4000 dollars, so my loan totaled over 19,000 dollars.) Mike assured me he would give me everything I initialed and signed. That was not the case; nothing that spelled out the final price or anything I signed and initialed made it home with me. The only thing I came home with was the loan information. I've been asking since I purchased the Jeep for all the items I signed, the LoJack information, and the Service records, and I am still waiting for someone to provide them to me. (I've spoken to the assistant GM, Shawn, emailed Corey and Mike, and emailed Danny Jackson, the GM.) In addition, there were comments made along the way from Corey about how he was only making 75 dollars on my sale and that "I was lucky that I looked this way" when I started questioning what the "bumps" were added to the Jeep sale without discussing it with me. Regrettably, now I'm forced to seek legal assistance to obtain the documents I signed when purchasing the Jeep, as the dealership still needs to provide them. I strongly advise potential buyers to avoid this dealership unless they wish to endure a similar ordeal.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. It's been nearly three months, and I still haven't received my vehicle tags. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, the communication from their end has been practically nonexistent. Every time I call, I'm either told that it will be resolved or that it has been resolved however, that is a "lie" This lack of responsiveness and failure to resolve such a basic issue is completely unacceptable. Purchasing a car is a big decision, and I expected a lot more professionalism and follow-up from the dealership. If they can’t handle something as simple as getting my tag promptly, it makes me question the quality of their service overall. I would seriously reconsider going elsewhere if you value clear communication and timely service. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this dealership at "ALL"

I tried to purchase a used Challenger and offered asking

I tried to purchase a used Challenger and offered asking price of $42,495 and stated I could pay cash or finance. The sales rep told me if I financed the deal it would be better for them. I asked for the paperwork to be sent and I could leave a deposit for the vehicle. I got an offer that was $3190 higher! than the asking price. They added in LoJack and some Advantage package. I told them I did not want those items and to remove them and then we'll proceed. I then get a txt msg from the sales rep stating: "I can get you a couple hairs under $44,940 out the door. My guys are working 7 deals on the same car with financing etc. so its really hard to convince someone to take such a massive loser and put their name on it". If the dealership cannot or does not want to sell the car for the $42k price point then it shouldn't be advertised at that price. Being a sales rep myself in another industry I'll just say this is very borderline bait and switch tactics. I don't blame the sales rep at all for this but I do blame management for the coaching of their reps and for being the ones who set the price on the vehicle. I did attempt to speak with Danny Jackson General Mgr and was guided towards working with "Chris" who was the mgr available the day I was calling. I left a message but never got a call back from anyone. I called the sales rep towards the end of the day to discuss the price and why I haven't heard from anyone I heard nothing but lots of noise in the background and could hear someone else say 'it just sold', he says hold on.... and come back - "yeah sorry someone else just bought it". He hung up on me, no cordial thanks for your interest or could I help you find another vehicle like that one or anything at all. Overall this sounds like the dealership simply dropped the price to create a bidding situation and wanted to upsell me with crap I didn't want or would never use. So with that - Buyer Beware and maybe a good BBB review needs to be done.

You know what should have been a very positive experience

You know what should have been a very positive experience turned into a negative simply because I could get no response once the vehicle was purchased. I drove from Florida to purchase a 2024 Alfa Romeo, the BDC lady was very nice, responsive and the salesperson Greg seemed quick to respond with the requested information. I drove up there and had worked all the numbers prior, so basically had everything done ahead of time. So wasn't like I asked much of the dealership. My only request was to make sure I had a copy of the CarFax I had signed and a copy showing the vehicle had a valid warranty ( from the manufacturer showing this). The finance person Griffin showed me a form stating the vehicle had a full warranty in effect, and said all my paperwork would be together. I gave my cashier check for the vehicle and took my packet the Finance manager had given me and left. The salesperson really did not know anything about the vehicle and could not explain how to operate a thing. I had to figure it out myself. We left and once gone I went through all the paperwork and realized that the signed Carfax was not in there nor was the paper signed by them showing the vehicle had a full warranty. I emailed the Griffin person in finance twice, no answer, text my sales person Greg, no answer. Emailed again and texted again just asking them to please scan the forms and send it. Finally, after numerous emails and texts, I got a blank Carfax(not the one I signed) sent by Griffin in Finance. I thanked him for sending it but explained yet again I wanted the signed forms, nothing, texted Greg the salesperson, no response. I even emailed stating why were they making such a simple request so difficult. No response. It's a shame what should have been a positive experience for my son's first vehicle turns into a negative simply because they cant provide what is requested.

We have nothing but great things to say about this

We have nothing but great things to say about this dealership! We were traveling in Tennessee and our Ford truck wasn't pulling our camper through the mountains like we hoped. We had been looking for a larger diesel, but the prices were crazy! We saw an ad on Don Jackson's site and went to test drive a used truck. It had huge tires and was a bit more of a 'work' truck than we wanted. Our salesman, Horatio Vazquez, showed us a few other new trucks and we ended up leaving that night with one of them. We got to the dealership at 7pm (after a 2 1/2 hour drive from TN) and they did all the paperwork, detailed (and filled the fuel tank) and we were out the door with our new ride at 10pm. We thought for sure we would have to go back, but they got us taken care of right then. They are awesome! We love our new truck (2 days later and we have 570 miles on it already!) They have followed up to make sure we are happy and the truck is running well for us. Price can't be beat either!

Spoke to the dealership on a few occasions inquiring on a vehicle. The internet manager and a salesperson locked down an appointment time for me. On the morning of the appointment, I was told everything was ready to go and to come on by. I live about an hour away from the dealership, so I got a ride to their location. My ride left me there as I was going to make a deal and drive myself home. Well, after I got there, there was no one at the counter to greet me so I sat in the waiting area and texted the salesperson to come get me when she was ready. After a few minutes, she came and got me, and everything was going ok until she went to go get the keys. She was gone a few minutes but came back empty handed and said the car was now not for sale because of an emissions issue. Odd because I mentioned the issue beforehand because it showed up on the car fax. They told me that it was good to go. Well apparently, not the case. A service guy came out to talk with me, but they would not even let me sit in or see the vehicle. So now I'm stuck in Cumming at 1 in the afternoon with no ride home, unless I want to buy one of the other cars. The salesperson was nice but there was nothing she could do. Plus, she had a personal emergency and had to leave. Not once did a manager come out to apologize or offer me a ride. I had to wait until a friend got off work in Gainsville to Pick me up at 5:30pm. Then I get home, and I get messages on how they did. LOL. 2 weeks later and the car is still listed on their website for the next victim. Still with the same emissions failure on carfax with no resoulution.
