We have nothing but great things to say about this dealership! We were traveling in Tennessee and our Ford truck wasn't pulling our camper through the mountains like we hoped. We had been looking for a larger diesel, but the prices were crazy! We saw an ad on Don Jackson's site and went to test drive a used truck. It had huge tires and was a bit more of a 'work' truck than we wanted. Our salesman, Horatio Vazquez, showed us a few other new trucks and we ended up leaving that night with one of them. We got to the dealership at 7pm (after a 2 1/2 hour drive from TN) and they did all the paperwork, detailed (and filled the fuel tank) and we were out the door with our new ride at 10pm. We thought for sure we would have to go back, but they got us taken care of right then. They are awesome! We love our new truck (2 days later and we have 570 miles on it already!) They have followed up to make sure we are happy and the truck is running well for us. Price can't be beat either!

Spoke to the dealership on a few occasions inquiring on a vehicle. The internet manager and a salesperson locked down an appointment time for me. On the morning of the appointment, I was told everything was ready to go and to come on by. I live about an hour away from the dealership, so I got a ride to their location. My ride left me there as I was going to make a deal and drive myself home. Well, after I got there, there was no one at the counter to greet me so I sat in the waiting area and texted the salesperson to come get me when she was ready. After a few minutes, she came and got me, and everything was going ok until she went to go get the keys. She was gone a few minutes but came back empty handed and said the car was now not for sale because of an emissions issue. Odd because I mentioned the issue beforehand because it showed up on the car fax. They told me that it was good to go. Well apparently, not the case. A service guy came out to talk with me, but they would not even let me sit in or see the vehicle. So now I'm stuck in Cumming at 1 in the afternoon with no ride home, unless I want to buy one of the other cars. The salesperson was nice but there was nothing she could do. Plus, she had a personal emergency and had to leave. Not once did a manager come out to apologize or offer me a ride. I had to wait until a friend got off work in Gainsville to Pick me up at 5:30pm. Then I get home, and I get messages on how they did. LOL. 2 weeks later and the car is still listed on their website for the next victim. Still with the same emissions failure on carfax with no resoulution.

Be careful with this dealership!
Be careful with this dealership!!! I was in process of buying car remotely told them I would buy car and started financing process with don Jackson dealership. I was told car was available and just waiting on the financing department for credit and then after hours of waiting checked on to find out a walk in was test driving car and they would most likely be purchasing. Which was hours after I told them I was buying, they sold to walk-in. I was promised by the manager Shawn that he was not running hard credit on application I submitted for financing because he believed the others we’re buying and when I confirmed at end of day the other person ended up buying he said application would not be ran so a hard hit would not go against my credit! I found out the next day they did run a hard inquiry and sold the car! I have never had such a bad experience with management no issues with salesman but this dealership is the reason car dealership have such bad reputations!!! Read reviews on Don Jackson north before thinking about buying a car here!!!!

They will post a vehicle that seems worth inquiring about, looking at. Appears to be a nice vehicle, favorably priced. They’ll ask”when can you stop by? I respond “GPS says 17 mins”. Great we’ll see you then. Arrive, new sales person introduces himself and the posted vehicle just sold as I was entering the building. Huh… of all the luck. But not to worry Tom, we have other trucks but they are all considerably more than the vehicle we used to tease people with to get them to come to the dealership. I hope, but I doubt they considered what I suggested they could do with their truck, themselves, and their dealership.

The entire staff from the front desk receptionists, all salesmen, and especially finance provides "superior" service. They are "very transparent' in their business dealings and "truly" care about their customers which are rare characteristics for the automotive sales business. They diligently work with each customer to determine what his/her needs. If they are not, Don Jackson Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and/or ram should be rated the #1 dealership in Georgia. If you are considering, in the process of purchasing, or have purchase any vehicle, please visit Don Jackson dealership. You will not be disappointed. They are a wholesale dealership who has a "Hugh inventory" with a "variety of vehicles" to meet any customers need with full satisfaction. As a recent customer who visited this dealership today, I can honestly say that I walked into this dealership with a bleeding and broken heart by another Jeep dealership's unethical business practices located in Chamblee, GA. I walked away with a restore hope that there are still truly good people left in this world. Mr. Danny Jackson corrected the unethical financial dealings of this Jeep's dealership without any question. It was not his responsibility. I drove from McDonough, GA to Cummings, GA. It was worth the drive. I am so pleased as a customer. I plan to make the approximate 1 hour to 1 hour and half future trips just have my jeep service by this dealership and purchase any Jeep accessories from them. Before you purchased from any other dealership, "please" take the drive to Don Jackson Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership at 5855 GA -400, Cummings, GA 30028. You will not be disappointed. Their phone # is 470-533-5400. It is a beautiful drive to the dealership with plenty of gas stations, eateries, and stores to shop along the way. The dealership is "very" clean and "well" organized. If I could give an infinite # of stars such as every star that fill the night sky I would. The highest rating that I can give is 5 stars. Don Jackson Crysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram is deserving of this a 5-star rating. If you go anywhere before or without visiting this dealership, you are cheating yourselves out of a 5-star experience.

Finance guy is more concerned with selling aftermarket
Finance guy is more concerned with selling aftermarket extras than with getting the customer the deal that they want. The car is as advertised. Maybe they are fine if you are paying cash, but finance with caution. Probably best to avoid this dealer and look somewhere else…

Make sure you aren’t scammed by them charging you to remove or keep lowjack on your purchased car. We purchased a vehicle the first of the year 2024. We were told that LoJack was on the vehicle. For $500 they could remove it or we could purchase it for $1,200. So my husband went with keeping it for $1,200. Dealership said the paperwork info for LoJack would be sent in the mail. It never came. Husband called. Salesman was not helpful and said he would call him back. He never did. SO I called. A women said she would send the information right out in the mail. Weeks passed and it never arrived. I called back and was left on hold for a long time. She returned and said that they would have to send someone out from lowjack. I said no it must not be on the car and we were charged for it. I could call 1-800-LoJack give them my VIN and they could tell me if it was on my car. I requested the full amount back or else. Two weeks later we were refunded.
