I don't know why INFINITI wants to be in all caps. That's annoying. INFINITIs are very nice cars. There is no way I could justify spending that much money right now. The dealership was a nice place to visit.

I connected with Chad through the Costco auto program. He was helpful with explaining the program and made it very easy for me to do a test drive, gather information and be out in an hour before deciding to come back and buy. When I bought a week later Chad went over all of the vehicle features and made me feel comfortable in my new vehicle. The whole dealership was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process easy.

I was able to locate vehicle through cars.com app. I got in touch with Tony regarding a used certified vehicle. I asked him to send me a document with all the numbers including trade, monthly payment, taxes, ect which he did. The vehicle was priced significantly less than other vehicles with same specs. I traveled to dealership from Buffalo NY. I was worried that the dealership might not honer our agreement that had been made over the phone. I would have walked if there was any shady moves made by tony/dealership. It would have been a waste of a day and gasoline. Everything was in order. I was able to get a great vehicle for a great price. Very pleased with the experience. I would highly recommend doing business with this dealership/Tony. Infiniti is a great product!

Joel had a cobination of professionalism and personal attention as he worked with us to explain and demonstrate all the features of our new QX50. He obviously was very knowledgeable about the car and features and came accross as focused and interested in our needs. Great experience. I wiould certainly go back to Joel.

The staff here is easy to work with and help you get what you're looking for. I wanted to add a saftey feature to my car and they are working with me to get that done.
